“I took my Corolla here for an exterior and interior detail cleaning in preparation to trade it in. Steve was wonderful and the whole crew did a phenomenal job with my car. I can’t remember the last time I even got a basic car wash. It’s been years. Layers of pollen and bird poop partially washed off by rain then caked on again and you would never know now. The inside was so dusty and crumby, especially in the cup holders and other crevices. But now it looks brand new! I almost don’t want to trade it in ?. Everyone there was so courteous. I plan to bring my future car there regularly!”
“I broke down with my Jeep well after 7 pm , 90 mins from home and limped into the only garage open. A small family owned country business. As I peaked in and heard some guys working in a garage full of race cars, they asked me what I needed and were more than helpful. The hospitality was above expectations as they offered me a cold beverage and talked about every issue possible as I waited for my ride. They made a stranger in need feel like a family friend and I didnt spend a dime. Helping someone in need. I will use these guys anytime Im in need and would suggest the same to anyone. “Long story short, I'm a mechanic in Houston. Daughter moved to Orlando for seminary school. Her radiator went out. Extremely frustrating knowing exactly what needs to get done and cost but unable to do it because she's in a different city. By the grace of God found 0-100 talked to Juan, he quoted me a great price compared to local shops. He then proceeded to handle everything as I would have with professionalism, courteous communication, and kindness. He is an excellent mechanic. “You know, even though the vast majority of reviews for Tibbetts are 5 star, a few reviews highlight the difficulties of operating a business these days. Too many people not staying on their med's and having to vet, or blame someone else for their own ignorance and stupidity. Ridiculous and shameful.
My family and I have been having our cars serviced for over 20 years at Tibbetts and they consistently do great work. Often they go beyond the norm to try and solve and remove the mysterious goblins that can infect an automobile. Friendly, fair, and exceedingly competent, is what Tibbetts crew has been providing the community for about 60 years now! Don't listen to the very, very few chronic complainers.

I have used this particular Tire Choice several times over the years and I will stick with them.”
“Robert went out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with my vehicle, patiently teaching me the diagnostics surrounding my car "pulling" issue as we test drove and did a few other tests to reach that end. In the end, it was determined to be an alignment, which he doesn't do so recommended a reliable place down the road. Overall, would absolutely use him if the need arises and highly recommend him as an honest and super knowledgeable mechanic. Thanks again”
