Its gated, hassle free, no one bothers me. However, one owner has no compassion for tenants that have been with the company for years, and just continue to raise the price. They would rather have low-life non-paying people than respectable customers who pay on time month after month.

I have 24/7 hour access and my price is comparable to others. I have been here for 4 years and what I do like about it is I am not forced to pay insurance that I do not want, like most facilities do.

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!. Moved stuff into their place while renovating home. After the renovation was complete we went to remove our stuff and their roof leaked really bad and destroyed our stuff. I reported it to the lady at the front office who came out and was really compassionate AT FIRST. She stated she would contact boss / owner to see what could be done. The following week i called to ask if they had heard anything and they acted like they didn't know who I was and said they had not. I never asked for money. Two days later my wife received a call from them stating I was harassing them for money, by calling once for an update,and requested we move our stuff out immediately. Terrible people and business!
