“Would definitely recommend! This is a rare find! I am from California so I didn't know what shop to pick. I picked them because of the number of great reviews they had. Brought my daughter's car to have a rear bumper repaired. Heather was very honest from the beginning about what was needed. Throughout she was very responsive and gave me regular updates as the repair went. They kept receiving damaged OEM parts (tabs broken off) from dealers which created lots of works for them. Sending the damaged parts back and getting new parts in. But she was not going to accept substandard parts. A lessor shop might have just used the part with missing tabs or tried to do some sort of repair to the part to get the car out of their shop and I'd be none the wiser and years later wonder why the bumper is failing again. But she, and others in the shop no doubt, showed integrity, kept me updated, created trust, made me feel my business was their top priority, and made me feel very comfortable with trusting my daughter car with them knowing it was going to be done right. Would 100% use them again! To customers shopping around, please give them a shot! I am thrilled that this level of integrity still exists! Stacey was very pleasant to work with too in allowing me to pay and surprising my daughter so when she showed up to pay, it was already taken care of. Thank you Sanford Paint and Body!”

“My daughter's battery was dead at the Debary Sunrail, train station… We went to jump her car and it was blocked in by vehicles on all sides… We popped into the AutoZone in Debary and Cisco helped us. He loaned us a portable car battery jumper and told us to bring the car back to AutoZone and they would test the battery. We jumped the car and got back to the AutoZone within 10 minutes. Cisco tested the battery and it was definitely dead… He checked the date to see if it was still under warranty, unfortunately it was not. We purchased a new battery and he changed it out for us and we were out of there in about 15 minutes.
This was our first time at this AutoZone and they made two new customers!!

“I can not thank Billy from M&K used parts enough for the effort he has put into helping me with this jeep , from getting me 2 different ecu over night from Miami ,getting into aamco deland and having a diagnosis within a few hrs of them opening , to getting me another transmission and holding up to his warranty , even reaching out to me after hrs and on his personal time on weekends just making sure everything was right and refusing to give up ! “On January 28 in the afternoon I was struck by a vehicle in Orange city. My truck was rendered in operable. The Orange City Police Department after their report was Done called Orange City collision to tow my truck to the repair shop in the land. I believe the driver’s name was Craig, he was great when we arrived at the repair shop and started to unload my truck off the flatbed there was a problem with the rear wheel wedged up into the fender from where I got hit. Craig was quickly able to make some adjustments so that my truck could be unloaded. Without further damage, he is truly a master of his craft. He is very knowledgeable as well as personable. He is a credit to your company pay this man, however much he wants!”

“Had a dead battery on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Went to 2 other auto places that advertise great service. Bothe refused to replace and change my battery due to the cars computer on top of it. Went to AutoZone. A young man, Nicolas Shumer looked at it and said, I can do this. Their computer said it would take 45 minutes. This employee completed the battery change in less than 5 minutes!! Thats what i call great customer service!! I let the manager know what a great job he did.”
“Long story short GM Ron and the staff took care of my daughter. About a month ago, my wife had an issue with her battery, it was the 2nd time in two months that she had issues starting her car. My wife walks into this location explains the scenario and the guy there replaces the battery no questions. Fast forward to today, my daughter experiences the same exact starting issues and upon arrival the young lady checks the battery and it checks ok, but clearly something is wrong given the 2 issues in the last month with the exact brand. They check the rest of the car and everything is fine, but again, she's had to get a boost twice in a month. The young lady called the GM but told my daughter there was nothing that could be done. Naturally I'm frustrated so I decide to meet her at the location, while I arrive Ron also arrives, we discuss the scenario and he understands and cares for the situation. Ron was clear, offered solutions and ultimately retained us as customers. We really appreciate what he did.”
