This store is close to my house and has been restocking shelves the more frequently.
With the excess amount of blue shirt employees standing around the self checkout stations, they could be opening more regular checkout lines.

Rick in the automotive tire department is a fantastic addition to the store. We we in last year and the technician was not very nice. We hesitated about returning and was thrilled with Rick . Personable, detailed and pleasant to help us . We will definitely return because of Rick! Nice seeing such great service!

I enjoyed my shopping experience at walmart supercenter Venice and Osprey fl locations they have much better clothing selections at decent prices and brands, Rebook, George, etc found everything I needed Got a nice Samsung Galaxy and car covers basics and essentials ? ? the only thing is it's almost all self checkout so that takes people's Jobs away but other than that very good experience

I have come to find the customer service associates at this Walmart to show little to no care about the customer. I was there this evening at 10:15 pm to make an exchange, I was informed by the front-end manager they only do returns until 10. There is no signage, no communication or anything about this.
When I questioned her, she turned and walked away. I was not yelling or being rude, merely trying to understand.
I then decided to shop, spent 20 min looking only to find out changing rooms were closed.
I feel frustrated and helpless tonight.

I ordered my groceries online for pickup AND THEY GAVE THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! The store in Osprey is the worst!!!!!

I love Walmart! I can say I can find everything I need and then some at Walmart. I need no other store in my life! Walmart even has my back for when I’m busy. I love having Walmart deliver my groceries!

I will be honest. I dont like that I go here and there is never anyone that speaks English that works on the floor. I'm sorry and I won't get to much into this but my feelings are, if your working in our country then English should be learned and if these companies is want to hire Mexicans that can't even understand the word excuse me that makes things difficult for us and for them. Put them through language classes. I know other countries require you to learn the language to make life easier on all.
I have been going to this store for years and is disappointing that jobs are being taken away from long time employees so that ones who aren't able to communicate with us get jobs. It just seems a bit fishy honestly. Also, employees that have been there are getting hours cut and loosing health insurance because the hours being cut are not allowing them to pay for health insurance. Again something just doesn't seem right about any of this. I can't give a good rating. The store was changed around, prices increased alot, management isn't the same and no one to help on the floor that can speak to you. Oh and please lower the shelfs that the soda is on. Your just waiting for a law suit with someone hurting themselves. They roll now and it's very hard to reach them. And we'll the employees don't understand what you need help with. Im.not using Google translation to get help! I'll pro. Do most of my shopping with Kroger delivery. Food is cheaper and you if you need help they can speak to you and understand you. Half the items you could get here you can't any more. They aren't carrying the same things and please for the love of God, fix your freezer, meat and dairy coolers. They are constantly breaking and well they should have been fixed before anything else in this store.
