“Detweilers has the best produce, seafood, bakery goods, ice cream, meats, and cheeses. Packaged food items, custom sandwiches, salads, and sushi. Not all products are reasonable, as with any store, but you have lots of choices for many specialty items. It's a fun perusal when shopping for your weekly vittles, plus the samples are better than Costco!”
“Really nice place near Sarasota. Lots of great shopping, restaurants and candy shops. A majority of the places are really pricey though so be prepared. Many of the candy shops offer free samples which is nice. A lot of chill music live on the streets playing as well.”
“What is there not to love about the Beneva Village Shoppes. You know it's fancy when they spell it with the extra "pes" on the end of Shop...It reminds me of "Ye Olde Shoppes." It is well maintained and full of interesting shoppes like Publix where they have groceries and other sundries. One of these days, I'm going to go there and just make a day of it...sun up to sun down.”

4910 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota“This is a great strip center with a brand new Publix as the anchor. It includes a number of our favorite restaurants...Florence and The Spice Boys, Apolonia, Origin Pizza.”
“The Brickyard Plaza is a small shopping center with a lillte of everything. The restaurant Mi Pueblo is a must go place. At night this center is lit with beautiful Christmas lights everywhere. Very nice touch.”
“I was in there yesterday. I usually go to the other ignite down the road, but I made the mistake of going to this one. There was a kid in there with a Donald Trump hair cut, very greasy hair. He talks very slow. Things were going fine. He was selling me a vape kit, but every time a customer walked in, he would walk away from me and attend to the the others. I got fed up and started loading my vape with the bottle of juice I asked for that he left on the counter. The nerve on this punk to to ask me to wait until my transaction was complete. I have no problem with ignite. Someone has to hire the mentally disabled.”
“I love coming to Sarasota Village. I've been to other villages, but Sarasota Village is and will always be my favorite Village. I'm not sure what it is, but the air just seems a bit more crisp and the colors appear more vibrant. Well done.”
“There's a lot of variety offered in this plaza, from groceries (like Winn Dixie), home goods... gym, pet store, barber and laundry, and the pavement markings in this plaza have been improved, so that I find it easy to get into and find a space - But getting out of the plaza onto Tamiami requires a lot of vigilance. I sure wish those "Stop" markings on the ground were legible, and all drivers would obey 'em!”
“Clean well-organized. Unfortunately Publix is eliminating their wonderful service. Too many self checkouts. I'm always amazed at people so willing to ring and bag. Takes away jobs.”

S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota“Many great stores. Total Wine and Spirits is amazing. Best prices and service! Sprouts has a very impressive selection of upscale grocery items, but priced a bit "upscale"as well. Definately many other great vendors at this location!”
“It's a normal TJMaxx. Cleaner than many. Parking is good. Clerk's are nice, personal, make eye contact when checking me out, smile, nice people. The merchandise is neatly displayed.”

They offer so many services plus locally hand crafted items!!”
“One stop shop for much of your home entertainment, electronics galore at best buy, with a Barnes in Noble next to it, been going here for years. Never had an issue and the employees at both have always been friendly”
“Haven't actually visited the individual restaurants or stores but there are 3 restaurants 2 with outside seating, an art gallery/framer, and many others. My destination was the Sarasota Hospital's presurgery screening office. I appreciated that I did not have to go to Sarasota for blood tests and a ECG.”
“This shopping plaza has it all. Sometimes before payday, I just like to go there, walk around and window shop. They have nice places to park the car and sidewalks which come in handy because of The Gout.”
“Basically, a bunch of outdoor stores to do business with. My only concern is the difficulty, and risk of exiting this plaza. That doesn't make it my favorite go to shopping location, especially during tourist season.”
“Well I've only been to one place in this mall and it is LensCrafters. I can say LensCrafters makes it worth going. They have great team members and are very helpful and kind. I've been going to the mall for 3 years just to go to this LensCrafters”
“Of all of the Pavilions in Sarasota, the Sarasota Pavilion is my favorite. They have stores where you can shop and I find this appealing. There is no nonsense at the Sarasota Pavilion like many other Pavilions around town. They run a tight-ship and I respect that. If you want to go to a place where you can go in stores and shop for goods, I recommend Sarasota Pavilion.”
“So sad to see the demise of another Mall.We had shopped here for years ever since SRQ Mall opened in the late 1970's.We used to love school shopping for the kids and always having lunch at Mass Brothers. The Cooks Kettle soup, petite finger sandwiches and fruit cup was the best. My Grandmother always loved the jellied Florentine salad.Christmas shopping was always a special treat too. All the decorations, sights and sounds were wonderful. Sure miss the good old mall days.Today we were here to shop at Costco.”
“We came here to go to Publix. The parking lot had tons of parking available, however my only complaint, and the reason it gets 4 stars is the fact that getting out to the road is very confusing. I had to do a minute or driving to find my way out. There are a ton of stores to shop at here.”
