“Pelicans and Flamingos was a great store to find that unique and unusual item for your home. They had many beautiful pieces of art and furniture that was very tropical and Floridian. My only issue was with the very high prices of most everything there.”

“Very nice experience all the way around.. when we couldn't find a leather sofa in a certain color, Tammy guided us to consider one in their clearance section, which turned out to be the perfect color, it was also comfortable and at a discounted price as well. The delivery team was super considerate of our floors when I had a concern about the wheels on their dolly, they carried it in by hand.. and when they discovered that the power cord was missing, they called the store and made sure it was there, and when they offered to bring it, we decided to pick it up from the store the next day. The manager, Dave, made sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to ship at Havertys, and we will go there again!”

“I cannot say enough good things about this store and its Owner, Calvin. I was in a real predicament when sleep galleria went out of business and an order I had already paid for was not delivered because sleep galleria had not paid the manufacturer. I worked with the manufacturer and Calvin, who is an authorized Palliser dealer, to get the recliner I had ordered and have it delivered to my house in Miami. Calvin was incredibly helpful and responsive to everything I needed throughout the process and continually checked in with me to provide updates and ensure that the delivery went smoothly. Ricardo greeted us and helped us and answered all of our questions no matter how small or big. He was very patient and took time to explain everything to us and was very patient listening to what we needed. We finally made a decision and had it delivered. The day before delivery we went back.to the store and spoke to Nico and he was great also. When everything was delivered again we cannot say enough about the great service we received from the 2 delivery people. They removed our old mattress and box spring and set everything up for us. Made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Just as they were leaving I asked them to come back and move the bed a little. They came right back.in, no complaints. They were fantastic. “I’d researched pellet smokers and decided on a Yoder. You can get them from nationwide online stores, but I like to support Florida businesses if I can. Indigo is the closest dealer to me in Cape Coral, but still a ways away. But Adam handled everything over the phone with me, gave me updates on shipping and checked in the day of the delivery to make sure everything was good. I recommend him/Indigo completely. Just wish he was here to put it together for me today ?”
