I do not typically go to this CVS in Osprey. It was convenient for me today as I had to Run errands to other businesses in the same strip mall.
I was purchasing some items as well as returning an item. It was very hot in the store, which is understandable with this heat were experiencing.
I Was first in line To check out, when I approached the cashier, she was leaning up against a fan. She had this blank look on her face, staring out into The store not making eye contact or speaking to me. She had a very angry look on her face.
I waited a few moments, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and downright scared!! This woman looked Like she wanted to kill somebody, I almost ran from the store!
She continued to look angry. She didn’t address me or say hello to me.She threw my receipt at me from the return. She told me I would be receiving cash instead of on my card
So I waited for the cash to be handed to me . So I could turn around and purchase my dry shampoo, she gave me another dirty look shrugged her shoulders and shook her head no and she said I put the money back on your card and this confused me as I’m used to having to insert my card to get my money back
She did apologize because I think she saw how scared I was and uncomfortable and said “I’m sorry I’m just really freaking hot”!!!
Well, I work in A restaurant and I was really freaking hot myself at work, but I would never treat somebody the way she did to me. Because of this cashier with the short black hair, I will NEVER Go back to this CVS location

Unfortunately I had to switch from Walgreens (where I never had no issues) to CVS due to insurance.The past 2 times I have went to pick up my prescriptions have been horrible. The workers I have come across are MISERABLE. If you don’t like your job maybe you should find a different one. The red head woman rude. The male pharmacist with glasses rude. The only nice in-counters I’ve had is with a male tech with long hair. Good luck having a good experience!

Every time that I go into this store, it is the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had in a drugstore. Everybody there deserves a lot of credit. Also, the store is always very clean and organized.

Always a long wait. Incorrect information supplied by text Lack of communication within system. Some of the staff helpful, but everyone seems overworked. It appears this CVS is greatly understaffed. I've complained to Corporate with no response or follow up. I'd change pharmacies if my insurance company allowed it.

The CVS stores are not networked with a computer around the country each store is individually owned therefore if you do extensive traveling around the country we had terrible experience because one store will not talk to the other store nor transfer prescriptions refills so we had to move to Walgreens which I hope will do a better job

I go out of my way to go to this CVS even though it’s inconvenient Drive. everybody is so nice. they listen And try to help you out. they are way understaffed I feel so bad for them. This group was near my house. Thank you everybody in Osprey pharmacy for being so polite and courteous.??

This pharmacy was amazing to my grandma and they really helped her out! She was discharged from the hospital and was not sure what pills where placed in her pill box..they took the time to go through her pill box and make sure everything was correct. If they had not taken the time she might have taken the wrong medication! Thank you so much ?

Long wait at 7 pm at register...no one is sight...called out... no answer...only 2 other customers in the store...finally lady came...chewing gum and mask not covering her nose...not at all friendly...went there for quick convenience...so easy to be nice...why not give it a try?
