I love this store. They seem to have everything I need and the staff is so friendly. Much better than working your way through the big box store and parking lot. Maybe not as much selection, but the prices are usually comparable, and the experience is much nicer. Well kept store.

This is fantastic hardware store. Very clean store and an Incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff. The big box stores are not even close when it comes to customer service. I would highly recommend the Osprey location. As a business owner I truly appreciate their commitment to service.

If you are looking for a hardware store that is both knowledgeable in their craft and unbelievably kind, go to this Ace Hardware location. The assistant manager, Mariah, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door with a big smile and asked, "is there anything I can help you find"
I showed her a picture of a light fixture i needed a specific bulb for and without hesitating, she walked me over to the aisle, picked up the bulb, and then proceeded to answer all my random questions about lighting.
Mariah and her staff made my day by displaying true hospitality and genuine kindness. Thank you for loving what you do!

Great local hardware store! I often go here for ease of access and nice people - I don't have to park 2 miles away or need a search party to find help. If you need help, they are there, if you want to just dig through the aisles they stay out of your hair. And they pretty much have the basics of anything you need from a great plumbing aisle to grill parts.
