I took my dog there just a couple months ago. While the staff seemed ok I specifically told them not to touch his ears and tail. He had a beautiful fan tail and long and beautiful hair on his ears.The groomer totally destroyed both. Also the transition from the back of his head was a chop job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This location has cancelled appointments with me last minute three times in the past year. Today was the fourth. Always the same reason. "Our groomer had an emergency and we need to reschedule." Seriously? How many emergencies can you have?

Convenient location in the strip mall. Friendly staff. Decent selection of the usual items you would expect. Recommended.

Best place in town to take your doodle to get groomed. My dog is almost 2 and has been coming since she was a puppy.

I haven’t been there in a while but the last time I was there they cut my dog they change groomers every month. Terrible experience don’t recommend.

Please make sure before you leave your pet to be groomed, that the groomer knows how your pet is supposed to be cut. I even told the groomer, how I wanted my dog cut, he is a teddy bear, and he came out looking like a Maltese! Not that there's anything wrong with the Maltese, but that's not what my dog is supposed to look like. I will never ever recommend this place or go there again. Rating is less than one. I called them back and told them how unhappy I was and do you think that anybody called me back to say they were sorry? Absolutely not.

Nothing fancy. I thought it would be more of a bakery style. Nope. Just a couple tables with dog cookies. Disappointed.

Kudos to Jen in Daytona. She does a fantastic job on our Maltipoo puppy “Hope”! Our pup got into a sticky mess that caused some matting and Jen not only got rid a large clump but you can’t even tell where it was. Jen was very nice when I asked her to adjust the length of cut. You can tell by the quality of the grooming that she has been grooming for some time. Very professional groom. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasant experience here. My dog loves to go to Woof Gang Bakery for his grooming experience. They always give him a cute tie or bandana after his bath, and treats too! Cash gives Woof Gang a 5 star review!

Their employee Kate is extremely rude. She should not have anything to do with the public. The manager, Kyle, was extremely nice, but still not able to reschedule my appointments that Kate cancelled for being more than 15 minutes late. I called prior and was told, no problem. Called in again to say that I was almost there and then was told that. Why have me drive there?No more weekend appointments until 12/17/22. No thank you. If she is the new groomer, she won't last. As long as she is working for Wolf Gang Bakery & Grooming, my business will go elsewhere and I will share this experience with ALL my friends whom I referred to them. I was late and that is my fault, but how she spoke to me was completely unacceptable.

Showed up for a scheduled appointment but due to staffing issues it fell off their schedule. They offered me an apology and two options, both very reasonable. Both my pets look great and I'm very happy.

This was my dogs first experience and both dogs loved Shawnee. 5 Stars all the way!!!!! My Goldendoodle looks fabulous.
