“I have been a fan of ROSS stores for over 20 years, mapping out my shopping in Orlando years ago so I could shop at 3 of them in one day! My niece used to say to me, “Auntie, please don’t go to ROSS”! I’ve only been in this store I handful of times since moving here 5 years ago, but the clerk I had yesterday will certainly cause me to stay away. She was unhappy with all of us shopping during their annual mark-down day (or whatever they call it). She complained to me how we didn’t come in to buy the clothes last week, instead waiting to come in yesterday for the marked-down merchandise: the nerve of us!! ? She actually said to me “it’s all about greed”!I told her I was buying bargains to help my 2 nieces by taking advantage of the bargains for their young kids! She was the rudest clerk I’ve had anyway in a long time.”

“BEST BOUTIQUE IN THE AREA!!!These bad reviews are a JOKE..1. There is a sign, in English, in legible size and font the sign reads: NO exchanges or refunds. This is a boutique environment, this is not Dillards.2. The women that staff the boutique are not rude or unfriendly.. I have never experienced any sort of attitude or discomfort from anyone in the shop. I’ve been a regular customer for over a year.3. I have made a purchase nearly every time I enter the shop. I still have every item and it is in perfect condition. Maybe change the wash cycle to gentle, low spin and cold water and then hang dry the clothing. I promise your clothes will not fall apart.Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews.This shop retails Frankie’s Bikinis which is a high end and very well made line of swimwear. Frankie is a real person, she designs out of Malibu and the swimwear is produced in LA & Bali.There are two lines of denim sold in Gaslamp Gift Gallery and they keep a wide range of sizes and styles on the shelf.If you are looking for a dress for any event, an outfit for a date night, club night, wedding, graduation, a party of any kind, girls night… this is your spot.I’ve never paid over $60 for a dress here. The sale rack is always fire. They also retail very nice handmade jewelry. The back corner of the shop is where I see some very cute clothes for young girls. I have 2 sons so I am not able to speak on the children’s clothes.This is a small locally owned business, this is not a department store. The ladies that work here are not going to babysit you as you browse. I actually appreciate that.5 Stars. I recommend this dope boutique to a lot of people in the area and I certainly am a loyal customer.”
