I’ve lived here for four years and really enjoy it. The location is great, near shopping and restaurants. The Maintenance Department is up to any task. Always great communication between tenants and the Office Staff, too Happy I live here ?

I called the apartment office and put in a request for repair order for a plumbing issue at 9:00am. Lindsey showed up before noon to repair the problem. Quick response, pleasant, competent maintenance crew and office responds to repair request promptly. Great place to live!

The office processed my work order request promptly and the work was done right away. The crew that work maintenance at Willow Pond is superb. They are knowledgeable, capable and do it right the first time. Though I've needed them only a few times, their good work is consistent. I very much appreciate it.
