Horrible experience!
My wife and I went to a meeting at church.
On the way home she said can you pull into Walgreens, I need to use the bathroom. Bathrooms need a code to enter no big deal. When she asked for the code they told her they needed to see an ID… she showed them her drivers license which she keeps in her apple wallet on her phone (purse was in the car). The lady told her “nope, I need a physical ID or I can’t let you use the bathroom, it’s company policy”.
What a complete insult. We are adults in our 50’s, not disheveled or street people nor in bathing suits coming from the beach.
We own Walgreens stock in our IRA and am going to immediately sell it based on this ridiculous experience simply trying to use a bathroom! We will also never use a Walgreens again for any prescription … there’s always Publix pharmacy or cvs…

The pharmacy Department is completely in shambles. They're answering service is screwed up and you never can get through. Medicine is ordered and then I find out it never was ordered. I don't know what's going on there, but I'm getting tired of it.

Came to the store before closing my kids and I . Bought over $60.00 worth of food and snack . The cashier and old white lady kept looking at me and my kids which were well behaved. Idk what the issue was , that they had but if they don’t like there job then maybe they should look for a new to find a new one . Never have I ever felt that uncomfortable my kids even noticed . Money was not an issue I even say them eye ballsing another couple leavening and asking why they didn’t get anything. Fat old white lady with blond hair and glasses manager ! Horrible customer service . If I could give a ZERO star I would !

Emily, the pharmacist on duty. Went out of her way. Shes a human being. Today withe the big instition hospitals that you cant reach. She alleviated my anxiety by understanding and caring. I never leave reviews, but i will go out of my way to promote kindness.Thank you, Emily.

I’m so happy that we found a summer items on sale at this store this morning. When I went to register to pay, a fat short lady with a short hair rolled her eyes and seems not happy with my cart full of items. She proceeds scanning my items and It feels like she’s mad at me for buying those items that I even got to pay. She never even greeted me before and after the transaction happened. She shouldn’t be there if that’s her attitude towards a paying customer!!

Worst customer service ever. Husband was mistakenly given Newport 100’s NOT kings short by counter staff. Did not realize it until he got home. Went back today with receipt to exchange to KINGS. Would not exchange them. Very disappointed in the Manager on Shift today. According to receipt Walgreens will exchange or refund any merchandise you are not happy with. Considering I spend a huge amount of money there for items they should have exchanged them. They have lost a good customer and I will be spending my money elsewhere.

The lady at the front counter it doesn’t say hello, she doesn’t say the total amount due, and she doesn’t say thank you. This has happened multiple times since I have been going to this location. She says literally nothing and she doesn’t greet the customers or do her job at all. She just stares at you with a rude attitude. Please correct this problem

The short lady at the register always has bad customer service. Me and my friends always experience very rude and harsh service from her. She seems unhappy all of the time and doesn’t greet the customers. She doesn’t say hello or say the total amount due or anything like that. I think it’s really pathetic, my friend tried to complain one time and the manager did not care. He was a very smug African-American guy

The short lady who works at the front register always has a very glum, smug, Rude, negative attitude. Every time I have gone into this establishment, I have not been greeted by her. She does not say hello when you walk up to the register. Very very awkward and unhappy attitude. Makes people feel like she is doing a chore for them to be there.

I have spent a couple weeks helping out my parents and this is the pharmacy they use. The customer service of the pharmacy is pretty awesome! The pharmacy tech Ritchie knew my parents name, and has remembered my mask every time I have been in. I have seen the pharmacy team get blasted by some pretty nasty people over insurance issues and then they were super nice with me. Be kind out there!

I am a nurse and went to this location 7/30 for some medications, including one that we confirmed they had in stock. I was picking up meds for a dying cancer patient who went home to tie up loose ends before he died. I was told it would be 30 minutes for them to check the meds so I waited and when checking out realized there was only one prescription. I informed them that another had been faxed hours earlier. They found that one and I waited again. The pharmacist is spread too thin, doing all the vaccines and pharmacy. I went back up and was told the pharmacist needed to pull it from the safe. In all, I waited just over two hours, only to be told they did not even have this medication that had been confirmed in stock.That patient waited so long for this med that didn't come and I was also 1.5 hours late to another suffering and dying patient. Unacceptable.
