Personnel were professional and went out of their way to assist me. They also called to make sure everything was ok and to inquire as to whether I had any questions regarding my prescription.

The male pharmacist is extremely judgmental, it's almost like he enjoys denying prescriptions. The last time I was there my dr made a change, but he didn't believe me, I called my dr and 10 min later prescription in hand! Please treat honest and respectful people how you would like to be treated. Do I think he's over worked absolutely, but that should not be taken out on customers!

This is in regards to the Walgreen's at 2001 Granada Blvd. Ormond Beach, phone call on September 27, 2029 at 10:39AM and an in person pickup. My doctor sent a prescription to the Ormond Beach store at 2001 Granada Blvd, 32174 and was denied. I called to talk the the Pharmacist about the reason. Pharmacist was condescending and very rude. Talk about arrogance! This is my second encounter with him - my first encounter was in person, just to ask a simple question about a medication and thought he was just having an off day, so I blew it off - it happens to the best of us. I have had more then my share of his attitude to the point where I won't even get my prescriptions filled there any longer. That way I won't have to experience his attitude. I feel sorry for those that have to work behind the counter with him. It's a shame too, because that's the closet Pharmacist to our house. I've contacted my Doctor's office and told him about this. He said it's not the first he's heard about this particular Pharmacist. That guy shouldn't be anywhere near customers, let alone filling drug prescriptions. I'm just going to look for a family run Pharmacy that treat people like the way they would like to be treated.

We have been going to this Walgreens since moving to Ormond in 2007. The entire staff including pharmacy are caring, friendly, efficient and always a pleasure to shop at Walgreens.. Their rewards point system gas saved us a lot of money over these years..

These people are foul and soulless. My mother needed a Covid test, which is something they not only advertise, but said IN PERSON that they could do for her. As long as she went online to book the appointment. Fun fact: despite three different people on phones, laptops, and through the app trying to book her one, it states not available at that location. And they REFUSED to help her figure this out! She's an almost 70 year old woman under the weather who's husband passed away FROM COVID. Soulless. Absolutely soulless monsters. I hope CVS eats this franchise alive.

It is very near my house and has most things I need to "run out" to get. I can even get propane tanks for my grill there!

Unprofessional staff. Nasty, disrespectful and rude. They lie to your face. They play games with your prescription I'm looking to go to Publix right around my corner.

I don't know what it is about this particular location but I always feel like I'm stopping in to see friends. The employees are all super helpful and often I'll overhear them talking to customers about the customer's family, work etc .... it really is like stopping in to see friends and gives this store that small town feel.

Pharmacist is a condescending, judgemental snot. Arrogance runs wild behind the counter with his temperament and attitude. I have had more then my share of his attitude to the point where I won't even speak or acknowledge him. That way I won't have to experience his attitude. I feel sorry for those that have to work behind the counter with him. If this wasn't the closest pharmacy to my home, I would go elsewhere. He is what's wrong with healthcare today.

Run. Run fast and take your family's prescription to Publix Pharmacy a 1/2 mile down the road on Granada where they have competent and customer friendly pharmacists. I made the mistake of going through the drive-thru tonight of Walgreens - Tymber Creek & Granada and I waited nearly an hour to pick up a refill. There were three cars ahead of me in line at 7.30pm when I pulled in. 40 minutes later when I finally got to the window I saw the pharmacist tap on the computer for another 15 minutes before they could pick up my ready and waiting refill and hand it to me. This pharmacist seemed to not give a damn about letting people wait. This is the 10 miles inland pharmacy that closed its doors at Noon on the Monday before the hurricane while the Walgreens pharmacy on Nova and Granada and Publix on Granada kept their doors open until close of normal business that day. So my advice is to take your prescription and run, either down to Publix or CVS especially if it is an emergency.

Pharmacy is a mess. Constantly late on filling prescriptions, slow wait times when you're the only one in line (in-store or drive-thru), and just lacks an overall sense of organization. Last time I was there I was told ExpressPay wasn't an option. When I queried, it suddenly "appeared" on my account. I've never been impressed and if it weren't for convenience, I would never shop there.
