Went in for a mouse pad issue for sure we were going to have to replace it. Matthew took a look and was able to fix it within 30 minutes. Super sweet and listened to me ramble. I'll be going back to get my desktop fixed as well! Super refreshing to not have a tech guy talk to me like I'm stupid.

First time coming to this store to get my uncles laptop fine tuned and updated. Matt discussed the options and was communicating with us throughout the process making sure it was all according to my uncles preferences.Matt knows a lot, is patient and thorough, my uncle is very happy with his “new” computer. I thought this would be a joke of an experience, but I'm happy to say I was pleasantly wrong. The staff was well mannered, polite and knowledgeable on the matters we discussed. The pricing was more than fair. Probably gonna go again soon, might see you there.

I contacted this business regarding building a desk top for me to complete my PhD studies. Attempting to be as nice and friendly as possible, my request for assistance went unanswered. This is not how to handle customer service, especially when a consumer is asking for help and wants to spend a lot of money in your establishment. Well, back to Google I went and I found another local company who was quite friendly, capable, and anxious to do business with me! I'm happy I didn't have to beg Volusia Computers to do business with me and also happy that I found another reputable company.

I’ve known Matt since 2010 maybe earlier, he is very helpful, professional, and looks out for his customers. I buy all my computers from him and use him for all repairs. I would never use anyone else because I trust him with 100 % of my computer needs. If your looking for a person to assist you with your needs rather than a sale, this is your guy.

I can not say to much for Volusia Computers. Tim came to my house to help me with conflicts that I had with signing on to several Microsoft accounts on my different computers. He was friendly, helpful, efficient, and very good. I had been very worried about losing access to my accounts since I am mostly homebound for health reasons and he was able to get my systems up and running. And, in record time. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you Tim and Volusia Computers. Eileen
