Eric at the Ormond Beach Nova location was the most understanding and empathetic person I have ever met in sales. After 3 years I dropped and shattered my phone, he helped me get a new phone, a better plan and did everything quickly and efficiently with helping me stay within a tight budget. Associates like him are why I stick with Verizon and have hope in humanity.
