I went here to ship some items away and the lady at the far right desk pointed to a roll of tape that I thought I could use as a courtesy to tape my package but instead charged me for the roll of tape, without even letting me know beforehand that I would be charged. I had to look at my receipt after I was about to leave to see that she actually charged me for the roll of tape. A heads up would have been nice.

I stopped here on Wednesday hoping to get help returning a package with a bar code. Staff were unfriendly and no help at all. It’s pretty sad that I live in Ormond Beach and have to go to the Holly Hill post office to get good service.

ZERO STARS !!!! Racism at its finest in there tried to change my address she asked me for my ID which is fine but then asked for registration and a utility bill ????? I told her why do you need all this stuff from me she says for proof of identity there was no way I was showing her all of that when you can go online and change it easy I said when did this start she said beginning of this month lol luckily her manager came out she was super nice and helped me didn’t even have to show her any of those things just my ID

Made me go to ups to get my shipping label printed then made me buy tape and cut it out myself. Asked me to step out of line to cut it out and tape then proceeded to tap her feet for the literal five seconds it took me and then loudly exclaimed to the person behind me that she was " So sorry for the wait!" Terrible Karen's at this post office

Your elderly male driver with the white beard just screamed obscenities and was violent because I didn't speed up at a yellow light about to turn red at Granada and Williamson, then followed me for half a mile, cut in front of me forcing me to stop in the middle of the road while he got out of his mail truck, and screamed at me thru my closed driver window. I'm a 5' tall female, and I was alone in the car. I would like to be contacted by a supervisor with an address to send the video and pictures to, and make a formal complaint for a road rage incident against this employee. Truck #1263883 at 6:15p-6:30p heading toward the post office on Williamson in Ormond Beach.

Poor customer service. Waited over 20 minutes to mail a package! The self service kiosk in the lobby area has been down for weeks.

I have never had a bad experience at this Post Office in all the years I have been going there. They are always polite and friendly to me and my mail always gets to where it's supposed to go. Also,all these people complaining about their missing packages, I've never ,ever had that problem.Our carriers have been the best,oh,and all you people complaining that our tax dollars completely fund the postal service you're wrong. The Postal Service supports itself and gets minimal money from the government.

Two packages, two weeks. Two forwarded packages to an unknown address with no explanation. Dunno why, dunno where.I’m not a small government person, but it’s time to shut this agency down.

Wow. I went to the Ormond office for the first time. The young lady working there was beyond rude. Shockingly so. Skip this office and go to the Port Orange office. They are always helpful and nice.I would say maybe it was a one off experience but clearly by all the reviews on this location, this is the norm there.

If you look at the other post offices in the area, this one stands out. The people here obviously don’t care about anything else but a paycheck (which comes out of tax dollars, typical parasite) and it shows. The level of apathy on display here is unreal. Go to literally any other location if you can. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at other USPS locations, can’t say the same for these people
