I will say I've had my own recent issues with the postal service in itself, however I love the employees at this location. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you and are just cool people in general.

In a world where Customer Service is rolling down hill, it certainly hasn't impacted this Post Office! Wow! What a great couple of ladies I had the pleasure of working with this afternoon. Very nice, helpful, efficient, quick, and added value in our conversation about a future service I intend to add. I was very pleased! Thanks for caring and letting it show! :-)

I had an exceptional experience with the Ormond Beach Post Office. Leigh Anne and Natalie went above and beyond to help me. I had a hiccup with a USPS in California shipping several boxes. The Ormond Beach USPS on Granada helped research and made multiple calls and emails on my behalf. They were professional, efficient, polite, and kind! I can't say enough how thankful I am for a USPS office that is helpful and makes me feel like part of a community. I am delighted with the excellent customer service and friendly smiles; I always receive at the Ormond Beach Post Office!

My mailbox was stolen which our security cameras caught on camera and the post office was well aware. They said they would hold our mail but they didn't and even sent expensive medicine back to Germany. When I went in to complain there were other neighbors there as well and I met a lot of nice ones who agreed this was the worst post office ever. Another time when I was out of town and having my mail held they also didn't hold it and sent it all back and we were always going to talk to the manager but she was never there.Her own employees didn't like her in rolled her eyes and said she's probably eating some more. There was a horrible woman there named Diane who would drop the F bomb even at old people and I even saw her one spit on somebody.When I went to complain about Diane somebody else there said she was no longer with us. I don't know if she died or she just wasn't working there but neither would surprise me. I only saw the manager once at the very beginning and you won't miss or if you know what I mean but I was never able to get to talk to her. Every time I come in they said she's probably out in the back chopping down on food. That wouldn't surprise me either as this is the bottom of the barrel and most of them don't even have a lot of their teeth if you know what I mean. They can't sue me because it's true. Rotten to the core Daytona Ormond Beach. Glad to be out of the cesspool.

This has to be the most useless post office that there is. I have never in my life had more things stolen not delivered, delivered opened. I live in a secure neighborhood where nothing ever gets taken so this is definitely someone in the post office that is doing this. They claim to have delivered my Rockville tickets I have cameras that record and nothing was taken out of my mailbox which means the mail courier must’ve taken it. They constantly deliver mail to the wrong house. We found mail in the middle of the road. Completely useless people. Mailed a package to my step son once and it took six weeks for them to locate it. Never even left the Ormond Beach office.

As far as post offices go, this one is better than most. I have been coming here for 20 years. I have had PO Boxes and dropped lots of mail at this location. Its easy to get in and out of the clerks are always friendly.

Ormond beach Post office the USPS is a really nice easy accessible place to do shipping. The customer service is extraordinary and they really do sell the BEST CARDS FOR ANY OCCASION.I OFTEN GO AND THEY ARE AUPER BUSY HOWEVER THEY ARE ONE OF THE QUICKEST USPS PLACES IVE ENTERED OVER THE MANY UEARS IVE LIVED.ITS ALSO MUCH MORE EFFICIENT TO SHIP OVERNIGHT THRU USPS FOR $27 THEN USING FED EX ON MY BUSINESSACCT LAST TIME I SHIPPED I WAS BILLED $174.00 THATS ROBBERY.. I WILL NOT EVER USE ANY OTHER SHIPPING FACILITY.

Clerks here always take time to fully answer questions and help. I often need help choosing the best way to send a letter or parcel. I've also needed to fill out address labels once they've helped me choose the best mailing choice. Don't need to get back in line again, just fill out label, step back to clerk and they finish your transaction. Too nice.
