This store obviously has a contract with UPS and Amazon. And obviously they have a self service kiosk where you can have everything ready to go and just need to drop it off. If the staff does not want to answer the question, "where am I supposed to put the box that is ready to go?" please have a space with clearly marked signs. It is not OK for the staff member to yell at a customer because I am "bothering him " by asking him where to put stuff. Waiting in line to ask that question after I took the time to get things ready makes no sense! The point of the self service kiosk is to save the customer time and to save the staff time. He could've told me nicely.
Also putting the Amazon kiosk where the line forms gives you the feeling that you are interfering with the customers in line. Clearly this is not the place to go if you prefer a self serve option. I've got other options including Staples. I will not be back.
