We decided to stay over night vs driving 3 hours in the dark and rain. Was surprised at the reasonable price for being located on the water. Building is obviously very dated. We stayed in room 501. Very small. Side view balcony just wide enough to stand on. Very uncomfortable bed with pillows hard as a rock. I think the mattress and pillows are as old as the building. They smelt that way as well. I slept on my arm as a pillow. It was that bad. Suggest going to sams club...get a comfy mattress and at least 2 hotel style pillows. No TV in living area. A con stant clunk every 15 minutes or so. Loud enough to keep you awake. I crawled into bed at 10:30. Tossed and turned with no sleep. Finally got up at 1:30 and moved to the couch. More of a futon style. Not comfortable. I think I finally fell asleep at 4am. Another note: reading their condo/time share rules. It would shy people away. There are obviously some discruntal people who own the rooms that don't get along real well. A Positive note. The front desk gal was super nice and the pool was large and warm . The smaller pool was not a hot tub. That was a disappointment. No ice machine so nice for them to bag ice for us to take with.

Ive been an owner at Traders since 1978, up to date on all dues and fees. Over the phone I was told come on down the pool is open for your enjoyment, hah I get here and guess what, my ability to use the pool was denyed, they have a gorgeous pool with a total of 3 people sitting on the pool deck Me an OWNER for over 45 years was not allowed .This has been a terrible experience. If it had zero stars that's what I would give. Their

Wow! The stay here was incredible for the price. This is without a doubt the best value that I’ve ever gotten out of a motel/hotel.That fact that in 2022 I was able to get a beachside stay for sub $100 still shocks me. The beach was clean and free of seaweed or any smells. The pool at Traders Inn was warm and clean as well.Sure the building itself is a little dated but I could absolutely care less; everything in my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was also nice and welcoming.

Booked a studio, kinda small as expected. Although our sleeping options were the sofa bed or Murphy bed. Never slept on a Murphy bed before. Wasnt uncomfortable, but sits a little low to the ground. Pool was nice, view is great. People are super friendly. Would stay here again.Rooms: 4/5

Almost don't want to even review Traders Inn for fear of room unavailability once you discover how great this place is. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fully stocked rooms for light cooking if desiresd. (Full refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and 2 burner stove.) Great location, directly on the beach with absolutely no cars as this is just north of the drive on part of the beach. Large heated pool, note that there is a kiddie pool but it is not heated. Shuffle board and bean bag games provided by front desk. Propane grills with grill kits and propane provided. Also in the office are family board games and puzzles. Bag of ice each day permitted with each room. This was our second stay here but it really is an awesome place. There's a great little hot dog stand that sets up outside for lunch. If hotdogs aren't for you, a couple of restaurants directly across the street and even a bar. Just down the road offers a few more restaurants and a Publix shopping center. Must mention this is an older condo with 5 stories and an elevator. If you're looking for something new, this place will not be for you. If you're looking for a clean place to rest your head with many amenities and friendly staff, then you'll love it here.
