“After making the mistake of going to the new shop in Bel Air plaza to ask a couple questions I returned to purple haze on A1A bc of the knowledge and overall personality of the owner. My advice is to never waste your time at the new smoke shop in Bel Air plaza bc they have zero knowledge and actually said I was loitering bc I hadn't bought anything yet. Ive been in customer service 25 years and this Ormond Beach, Purple Haze location is the best, bar none. Thank you all for always being so helpful and kind.”
“Outstanding customer service and the best prices out of all of the other online suppliers. I switched over to them from another online supplier late last year and will never switch again. They have gained a lifetime customer because anytime there is a problem that arises with shipping (fault of USPS and not TED Tobacco) they actually listen, help, and do what they can to resolve the problem. They are really nice about it too. The other company, that I had a similar shipping issue with, not only did not care, they were also very rude, gave no real resolution and lost me as a customer. “A little cigar shop with big heart! Super casual place to stop in & buy some cigars. If you've got time, stay to smoke one in the lounge. The owners, Wes & Vicki, are there 5 days a week to greet you & talk... Or just chill out & watch TV or a movie. (2 little rooms with two screens for watching).”
