Outstanding customer service and the best prices out of all of the other online suppliers. I switched over to them from another online supplier late last year and will never switch again. They have gained a lifetime customer because anytime there is a problem that arises with shipping (fault of USPS and not TED Tobacco) they actually listen, help, and do what they can to resolve the problem. They are really nice about it too. The other company, that I had a similar shipping issue with, not only did not care, they were also very rude, gave no real resolution and lost me as a customer. Thankyou Ted Tobacco for such great prices and such great service.

I placed an order and there was a shipping issue with USPS so I called Ted’s Tobacco’s support center. The woman that I spoke with was unbelievable understanding and figured out what the problem was and where the problem was. What a wonderful employee she is . She really worked hard to find the issue and keep me informed. Ted’s tobacco is a first class company imo.

Purchased product from Ted tobacco. Was charged for order. I never received the order. Ted tobacco never refunded my money. Do not recommend. Awful company and customer service. Buyer beware.

Decent selection and product prices, but outrageous shipping fees!
I was going to try this shop for the first time as they carry what I typically order every 2-3 weeks, until I saw the shipping price. For one 16oz bag of tobacco and two cartons of filter tubes, they had the only shipping option priced at $17.49!
Multiple other shops I've used have never charged more than $9 for this exact same order. In fact, I immediately went and placed the same order with another shop that ships same day, and the shipping price was only $8.49.
Needless to say, I won't ever be ordering from this place as long as they're trying to charge DOUBLE, what other shops do for shipping.
