I appreciate that there is a Talbots brick and mortar building near me as I do not like online shopping. Just visited the Ormond location and Debbie took great care of me. She is a very friendly sales associate who goes out of her way to insure the perfect size and fit for her customers.

Poor Quality sweater….So brought the problem to the manager, she completely dismissed.Of course said she has this sweater (probably has one of everything in the store) said she never had a problem with hers … insisted I improperly washed it. Poor management

I've been in the Ormond store twice, and twice I've been very disappointed in the staffs lack of customer service; or more precisely, their rudeness. Two strikes and you're out. I will shop elsewhere.
