I have been a loyal t mobile customer for over 10 years. I went in because my phone broke and I am a stay at home mom and need a phone for safety. The store declined to tell me that I had protection on my phone that cold be replaced for FREE. They then convinced me to drop my grandfathered line to get a new promotional deal for the free iPhone 15. Well today my bill came for my ONE PHONE $270!!! Apparently the guy “helping” me wanted one hell of a commission and without consent opened a completely new plan and charged me double for literally one phone. Then they can’t help you for anything. 5 people standing around doing absolutely nothing so they try ripping off mothers. My phone plan went from $99 to $270 when the associate told me I’d be paying 138. So imagine my face when $270 was taken from my account. One hour later with customer service they got me mostlyyyy figured out and eventually sometime next week I will get part of my money back. But as so many are, that’s grocery money for the week that I get to just WAIT for..they sold me on a tracker when I told them I had air tags because I’d save money..if you want to save money, save yourself and go into a different store. As I can see from others with similar experiences..they are ripping people off left and right. Never mind you I’m a 30 year old that looks 19 and they put me on a 55+ plan!! They responded to poor reviews saying they’d do better yet this is months later. I’d say management needs a change and I’ve contacted corporate because it shouldn’t be legal. Especially when they won’t even give you a receipt

Went in today in a rush so I wouldn’t miss my flight back home. Lacie helped me in such an efficient way and answered all of my questions. Best experience I’ve ever had in a T-Mobile store

If I could give this a zero I would. This experience has been TERRIBLE. I got the at home wifi and that is all no phone just wifi. After 30 days of having it I tried to set up an account to pay the bill and you cannot do that everything has to go through the store when you have ONLY wifi. I don't have time to go to the store for every time there is an issue. My service overlapped because I could not figure out how to pay it because when I got the wifi they never set up Autopay. I went to the store and paid the bill and paid a late fee do to being late. I also set up auto pay. I get my next bill and not it is $80 because of the late fee. I paid the fee last month. So I called the store to figure out what is going on. They told me they cant do anything that you have to go in store. So i went in store and then i tried to cancel the account. They told me they could not cancel that customer service would have to cancel. okay. I call customer service and they told me they could not pull up my account through the number and cancel that i would have to go in store and cancel it. I am just getting the run around and feel that they are doing this because they are refusing to cancel my account. The store can use my social and pull up my account and see everything but customer service cant. I would not recommend t moblie for anyone. This is an absolute scam. No idea how i am going to cancel this account.

I had the most awesome experience. I have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years. However, the Verizon network went down where my mother lives and she is a senior. No calls and no internet. I called Bri at this store and she assured me they had a great deal on a hotspot. I came to the store and she set everything up in 10 minutes. Super fast, super knowledgeable, and super professional. The solution Bri provided worked great for my mom and Verizon is still down 3 days later. However my mother has great communication because of the T-mobile hotspot. Super satisfied. Thank you Bri.

I went to this store recently because my friend had been here to get internet and a phone. The customer service was horrible. My friend got stuck with a person who had no idea what they were doing. She was there for 4 hours. When I went up there, I was there for hours. They left out a lot of details and were very misleading or just didn't bring up important info all together. I told them when I was there that my friend had referred me and they didn't even ask to set her up for the reward for referring a friend. The next day we realized our bills were wrong. I got charged for something that they never even asked if I wanted. There were so, so many mistakes. We called the store to get things fixed and we were told they were to busy to help us. They never even told my friend what the buttons on the router are for or even showed her how to turn on her new phone nor did they even ask her if she needed help. I had to transfer my data to my new phone myself because they couldn't do it which I had no issues doing myself. Anyway, we called the 800 number and got this wonderful guy named Jaybee who fixed everything and adjusted everything and helped with every single detail that we were either not told about or mislead about. We would refer T Mobile to friends but would never refer anyone to this store.

Love our new Internet. $50 a month. Bought it, took it to our new office and plugged it in. Fantastic speed. Works amazing. Literally could not have been easier!!!!

This is the store I always go to and usually get the absolute best customer service and best representatives. Today, I cannot say the same. I was simply going to turn in my trade-in device and when I entered the store I was the only customer they had. The first person standing there looked at me and I told her I was there to turn in my trade-in not even getting my sentence finished when she interrupted me and told me in the rudest possible tone she could that I have to mail it in and I cannot turn it in to the store. This is incorrect as I had just gotten a text from T-mobile telling me to mail it in OR take it to a T-mobile store. Upon calling I was told it has to be a corporate store so all she had to do was tell me that instead of being so rude and short. So I will not go back there again. I will drive 15 mins further so I can receive the customer service normally given. Someone should educate her how to help people without being rude.

Love this store. The staff is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure that everything I needed was taken care of before I left and she even printed my label for me. Sorry I forgot her name but she had amazing nails!
