My husband and I used Kyle when we purchased our home in Ormond Beach in April 2024 and will absolutely recommend him to anyone else including friends and family.

The owner of this Realty is unethical and a horrid human. He recently purchased a small piece of land from me ( a disabled senior citizen) and 1 hour before the closing, HE DECIDED THAT I WOULD BE PAYING "HIS" CLOSING FEES!! OVER $600!!! He pulled a fast one...last minute!!! What kind of "man" does that!!!! My choices were to accept it (extortion) or cancel the closing! Nice move to do to a disabled woman last minute. If he has no ethics on his own deals, what will he do to make money off you!!!!!!
