Bong gave me a French manicure for my birthday on a Friday. When I left, she told me to come back if anything went wrong. On Monday they started chipping so I called and she immediately got me in and redid four of them, and added fresh clear polish over ALL of them, including cuticle oil. She sent me on my way and told me to come back if anything else went wrong! APPRECIATE this excellent customer service!!!

This place is hit or miss. The last 4 times have been total miss, and I'm finished with coming here and cant recommend. Firstly I had an ombre full set put on and all the nails were mishapened, dented, too thick, too thin. 3 of them needed to be replaced in a week. The next visit was to take the nails off and to do a mani and Pedi. They put my entire hands in bags filled with harsh nail polish remover. My hands are still recovering. Then every nail was done terribly without all acrylic being removed and an abrasive manicure overall. I had to return a few hours later and have someone else remove the acrylic properly. Next time I specifically requested no machine or scraping be done on cuticles but to have them cut. Which alot of places cut corners and don't do it. An English speaking worker , forget her name, came and did it for me and it was a great manicure. But my pedicure was done with polish that was obviously no good because it wouldnt full dry. Now today I start before I even sit down to repeat that I want the cuticles cut, only cut. She starts using the machine, ignoring me and saying " file then cut " ... I said it again , she repeated herself. Then the polish I originally wanted was obviously expired but the tech didn't admit that herself and correct the issue even tho it was obvious . I had to finally stop her. Lyn came over and blamed it on being neon color and then said all neons like this, which isn't true as I've used these colors for years. Then she said it's happening because it's expired maybe... But only after I was told to pick another color that also looked expired. There were a lot of bottles which appeared to have gone bad. When the same thing happened I objected and told her to clean my nails completely off. I was done. I got up to pay and asked them to take something off since I couldn't get them painted. They insist it's same price polish or not, but obviously I wanted polish and couldnt complete the service because of their expired products and bad service. They made every excuse. Not only do I come weekly, I always tip well. I was prepared to walk out without paying and let them call police... My cuticles and nail and skin are all damaged. Definitely didn't get the service I wanted and was forced to pay for! You can see for yourself the polish on my pedicure was expired. And you can see the nails look worse than when I came in. The photos prove the cuticles weren't cut and abrasive techniques were used. As well, nothing is sterilized or opened new which is legally required, it is very unhygenic in there.

Third visit and still very happy with Sally Nail Spa. I got the "classic" lashes last time and I got a ton of compliments, so I did them again this time. Also, I keep my nails sort for baby care but they still make them look fabulous. The "vibe" depends on the day. This last time I booked on a Monday for a texted $10 discount, and the place was very quiet. I was offered wine for the first time and I could sit back and enjoy. I have been there only 3 times, the second time it was busy. But really, that was not a big deal. They have 3 lash beds and we did my lashes first to avoid any conflicts and then we got my pedicure chair where I also got my manicure done. Ada is the name of my lash/nail gal and she is great!

Linh was great! I walked in and got right in with her and she took my inspo pic and delivered perfectly. I tried a few other salons in the area and was not happy with the results. I will be coming back!

Had the best experience here. My wife was extremely happy with her lashes. 100% would come back again. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LASHES.

Highly recommend! I've been going here for years! I go to linh who's awesome! She does my lashes and nails. Never walked away disappointed. Very friendly atmosphere! The other ladies are great as well. If you get the chance, please try them out!

Great manicure and pedicure but the best was the facial massage! Super nice ladies working. Went online and booked an appointment, almost immediate response back that they were available. Walked in and went right to the chair. Will go back next time I'm in town.

This was the best nail salon & spa that I have ever been to! All the girls are so kind & sweet. Everyone is so good at what they do.
I got my eyelashes & eyebrows waxed by Kim. She was incredibly fast & she did my eyelashes so beautifully. They are perfectly applied & I don’t even feel them because she did such a good job! She did my eyebrows so quickly that I didn’t feel any pain!
I got my nails done by Allie, I didn’t know what I wanted so Allie came up with the design all on her own, she is so creative! She did the nails beautifully!
Everyone is so professional & talented! Five stars!!

I got my eyelashes done here by Linh T and she’s the best!! My eyelashes look absolutely amazing it took exactly an hour and I love the way this place is very comfy and clean

I was nervous about having someone different doing my eyelashes while visiting Ormond beach, but I was pleasantly surprised when Linh did my lash fill. She did a beautiful job and I would definitely recommend her! I’m so glad I chose Sally’s!

I called and asked if they did walk ins and was told yes. I went and was taken care of right after I walked in. Had a pedicure done as I will not be back home to see my podiatrist until April.
Was very happy with the staff. Very friendly and did a great job. I will certainly go back when I am here and unable to get into the podiatrist
