I highly recommend this Agent and staff. I have been a client for over 10 years and had excellent care. Ryan always takes time to speak with me. The staff is always helpful. I just added a vehicle and spoke with Aaron and they are a delight! There is lots of knowledge here. I have my car and home insured with State Farm.

I am happy to share my recent experience with State Farm's insurance agent, Meghan McGowan, at Ryan Ochipa on Granada Blvd, in Ormond Beach.I had called Ms.Gowan to request information on a prospective homeowner's insurance coverage and was impressed with her knowledge, patience and thorough way of answering questions and explaining the complexity of various policies. She was well informed and without a rush explained in detail the various coverage options and corresponding prices and kindly worked with me over several days till I made a decision.I was impressed by State Farm's multiple-choice coverage options, some of which are not offered at other companies. Our coverage ended up being "custom-tailored" to our needs, and was a lot of coverage for a reasonable cost.Thank you Meghan for your kindness, patience and diligence.

My sister recently passed away and I could not find her auto insurance information. Knew it was on Granada but not much else.The office staff was so helpful even looking up and giving me the names and numbers of two other possible agencies nearby.If they are that helpful to a non-customer, I can only imagine how helpful they must be to actual customers.
