We live out of state so the idea of selling a pool home in Fla was beyond stressful. James not only created a beautiful listing with the most gorgeous pictures, he sold our Beach House for more than what we originally asked for it and he sold it in 24 hours! We also ended up closing earlier than expected. The entire process went so smoothly we can't say enough good things about James and his team! Thank you James!
