I took my car to Randy's for rust repair. The repairs ended up being more work than initially expected. I asked that my car be fixed correctly and that is what they did. Randy's repaired the car as if "it was his own". Body work and paint looked great. Good communication during repairs including pics of work. I can recommend.

If you want it to look like it was before the accident and are paying with insurance....go somewhere else. Here, they won't even match factory gloss levels, and the black paint they used on my BMW lasted all of about 6 months before fading to even less sheen. They told me they used German products....that was false. The car had runs everywhere they did work, and they ordered the wrong trim parts and installed them anyway after I told them these were not regular trim, they were the special black OEM trim, sonwhat did they do? Orange peel paint it chrome to black. GARBAGE. I had to refuse it once only to come back and want to refuse it again (except I went ahead and took it, I didn't want them to mess it up for another week)

Randy is an amazing guy, he's a friend I've known for 30 yrs. He's fixing a big issue I have with the roof of my 03 Mercury Marauder. He explained in detail the process of fixing the issues. He gets why I'm doing this. 5 star all the way...

Just wanted to say that I went there to get rust repaired on the roof of my car. They also put in a new windshield. The battery was dead/damaged when I got the car back. The arm on the windshield wiper is bent so the blade does not touch the glass and it is right in my field of vision while driving. Because of the battery situation the sunroof would not close and I was at someone’s house and it rained in my car. The last thing that did not make me happy was the woman who coordinates the jobs told me that it would be a one week job. She had literally NO REGARD for me and my schedule. They kept my car three weeks. The last week I called her several times and she would NOT even take my calls. She was just extremely inconsiderate. I was paying cash, I felt like I deserved the common courtesy of updates and a timely return. Also when I took the car back about the windshield wiper being bent she said, “It’s your wiper blades, and we did not do anything to your wiper arm.” I was very annoyed by her smiling face Passive/Aggressive attitude. I had gotten two sets of new Volvo wiper blades installed at Osteen Volvo in Jacksonville prior to taking it to see her and show her the arm was bent. It was hard for me to give her and Randy’s one star. I initially gave them 3 Stars, but with the blatant disregard that they showed me and my car, I went back in and changed my stars and wrote a detailed review of what they did to my car! Thank you for reading. I just wanted to make those of you considering taking your car there a bit of knowledge about how they treat your nice things.

My car was broken into and I had a smashed window they said they were unable to do it and hung up on me. Why would an auto body be unable to repair a part on a car. This makes no sense.

When I called Randy's Auto Body today inquiring on how much it will cost to repair scratches and rust spots on my truck, I was abruptly hung up on before I could even hear there price. I also tried to walk in and they were "closed" when online it said they were open.
