The Publix located in Ormond Beach is by far the best grocery store I have ever been in. When you walk in the store is immaculate. The staff always takes the time to greet you and they give off the vibe of that they genuinely care about their customers. The Pharmacy is top notch! they're efficient, friendly and extremely professional. I do not trust the care of my medication to anyone but the lovely pharmacist and Pharmacy stuff at Publix. on occasion, I have called to ask a question and I would get the most informational response without feeling as if I'm a bother or I have to rush. Every other pharmacy should take notes on yours because by far the best!!

Every time I go to the store they are out of half-and-half and there’s only one person in the deli cutting cold cuts it’s during the week people we need lunch meat please provide people to work at the deli the lines are outrageous the shelves are empty they never have a selection of anything poor poor service probably the worst Publix of all which I am surprised because it’s in a good neighborhood but the ?store is lacking help severely?

Any one of the employees that you talk in the store knows exactly what shelf and what you are looking for and they bring you to the EXACT product you were looking for. If there is something in the store you were looking for and they do not have it go to the service desk and they will order it for you and will call you when it comes in and then they will start selling that item on their shelves I have not shopped in any grocery store in about 10 years and I don’t dare step int

A car backed into my car while I was inside the store shopping. Thank goodness for good people like Garrett that works at Publix because he got the tag number of the car that left the scene and then paged me to customer service to let me know what happened. He also gave a statement to the police which helped me catch the offender and hold him accountable. I can’t thank Garrett enough for his help!

Actually I wouldn't even give it a 1 star. Rude people work there. You can't get help with anything! If they could help you they wouldn't. I was trying to get help there today and not one employee I encountered gave a shit about anything. Never again, they can give it away for free, I will never again Darwin their door. Seriously ppl.

KETO friendly , stopped in for dinner got a Italian sub made into a salad and a rotisserie chicken . The salad was fantastic and the chicken was great . For $13 we got two meals for me and my wife . The staff was friendly and helpful. CBS eat your heart out

This is a busy Publix location. I came to pick up a some Florida strawberries for my mom. The were easy to find and the store was busy on Friday morning. I went in the express lane and it was quick and easy. They opened more lanes as it got busier. All the staff and most customers were wearing masks.
