I was just at this store. A young man that works there was in line behind me waiting to pay for his dinner. I offered for him to go ahead of me and he said no. Then he reached over and paid for my items. His name is Cody. I won’t forget him. His parents have done a wonderful job raising him. The people that work in this store are all super nice. Love shopping there!!

We went to Mezaluna the pizza place next to Publix. Excellent pizza and salad. But we know this Publix is a quality store. More importantly, everybody wore their masks. Good social distancing at this shopping strip.

This has been my Publix for almost 8 years. I am normally greeted by friendly staff as I make my way through the store and the cashiers are always extremely pleasant, until last night. I made the mistake of going through Kamrin’s line. She did not say one word to me, not a single word! She spoke to the boy who was bagging my groceries the entire time and used profanity as they talked. I hold Publix to a higher standard and will gladly drive further and pay a little extra in order to receive the level of service that I have come to expect from Publix. Unfortunately, people like Kamrin are beginning to tarnish your brand and I think that is what upsets me the most.

I feel a business didn’t provide a product/service as expected. The service was somewhat too slow, taking up more than expected. I’m annoyed and unhappy with the products/service. I brought this to Anita the Store Manager and she care less, what an attitude !! She and her employees failures to deliver what was promised, even product that doesn’t match its product description.

Never have I been treated as badly by any store as I have at Publix Halifax Plantation. Rude nasty cashiers with masks pulled down, won’t give the required 6 feet of space when paying. Tonight, this cashier Lincoln threw my receipt on the floor, walked to the courtesy counter and shouted across the store asking me if all the employees should leave the store so I can have my 6 feet of social distancing. This is what I get for spending my hard earned money in the store. Terrible management. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future
