Cute boutique, however, their return policy is ridiculous. They only allow up to 10 days to make a return. Wish I had known before purchasing an outfit I was unable to try on. Never have heard of such a short return length.

The products are definitely catered towards the younger, sorority, fun, beach going type, and they have a lot of cute things, but my little sister who fits the demographic was basically accused of stealing because the staff member Kinsley wasn't watching her and thought she took two hangers/swimsuits in the fitting room but she only took one hanger/top to try on, and literally questioned her immediately about what was supposed to be on some other hanger on the wall where my sister put the top back...like um? She didn't grab two, just the one top. My sister felt totally disrespected and put back everything she was going to buy because of this. Kinsley also didn't greet us at all, help whatsoever, or make any attempt to welcome us. Cute shop but not cute service.

I actually left this place and got in my car and cried. They are that bad. Not only did they not make one single attempt to be nice or offer any assistance but as I am looking at their clothes (shopping their large size)- the owner says to her worker that she’s no longer going to carry larger sizes. I was shocked she would say that as I am LITERALLY SHOPPING THOSE SIZES RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER. Typically I would speak to an owner about a negative experience before going to post a review but clearly that wasn’t going to get me anywhere. I also work in the boutique industry and that was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced.

Hello. Pretty disappointing. The store obviously doesn’t need your money. I tried to buy one of the most pricey items in the store. They had a sweatshirt on display that I fell in love with. The worker in the store wouldn’t sell it to me. Absolutely insane!!!! Worked in retail.. you always sell the merchandise. Period! They had an extra sweatshirt in the back. She showed me and then told me she couldn’t sell it to me. Silliness. I would never recommend such a place. PERIOD!!! She lost my business. The owner lost out on many visits to this store. Must be a hobby not a business. Or shall I say inclusive. Bad business sense. PERIOD

Hello, the store is very cute! I do however think it's an inclusive place for KIM's friends. I was visiting the store and fell in love with one of the more pricey pieces in the store. $150 sweatshirt. The girl working the store said she couldn't sell the sweatshirt on mannequin. Retail you sell everything. Thats great business sense. The girl working the store offered the sweatshirt to me that was in the back. She came out and I absolutely loved it. Tried it on. She then said sorry can't sell this to you.!!! Insane on all levels. Period. She lost my business and my family that lives there their business. Obviously she runs an INCLUSIVE store and only sells to people she wants!!! Must be a hobby for her because her business sense is way off! I thought in this messed up country being INCLUSIVE is wrong. I guess people make their own rules. Good luck. I also made sure my sister didn't purchase the dress! BAD BUSINESS!!! Period end of story.

LOVE this boutique! Great for tweens, teens and their moms! Wide variety & can find gifts too:-) The blonde woman at the shoppers the few times I have been there has great style, is very helpful & is good at hearing what the customer is looking for to make great suggestions

This boutique is every girls dream come true. They constantly are getting new items that I just adore. My SUNKISSED sweatshirt, LV hat, monogrammed hat, phone case, hair clips and headbands, DRESSES❤️?, beachy clothing, SHOP Local bag, SUMMER VIBES bag, jewelry, wide rim fashion hats and so many very cool items to give as gifts. PREPPY BEACH is a perfect name for this little beachy, upscale LOCAL store. LOVE the place and their excellent customer service too. Stop by and see for yourself! Cute boutique and cute little gifts plus monogramming. Staff is not super friendly. I’ve been in twice and the 2 workers didn’t look up and say hello either time. I was the only person in the store each time. I did not feel welcome

Best cake pop i have ever eaten!!!! Highly recommend!! I used preppy beach bakery for a bridal shower and purchased cookies and cake pops. The cookies were picture perfect and even better than the photo I showed her from Instagram. My absolute favorite were the red velvet cake pops. Thank you for making the shower so special.
