Horrible customer service. You have to call numerous times to get them to do anything like maintaining a lake. It seems like this place only exists to collect fees. Sick and tired of this. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received

It's been a challenging road. After having Covid , which left severe fatigue, we were determined to make our weeded & overgrown, dead shrubs a new $ professional landscaping for our new home .We have now received two letters, one is for a swing on the neighbor's property, which Jamie in the HOA confirmed is the homeowner on the property adjacent to us. We've been harassed for painting & statues, which the former home owner left to us. It appears it's a bullying, harassing movement to throw professional policies out the window & cause trauma to homeowners. What on earth happened to integrity & a desire for professionalism with a mutual interest to improve the community?

it would be nice for the over the hill residents of this magnificent complex if t here was an area with air conditioning like a small community room - to get out of the house & into an atmosphere where they could meet & mix with other older residents - those that are unable to be as active as they once were & not feel so alone & again to feel included in this community - where they could read, listen to oldies, and just enjoy the quiet of their community outside of their 4 walls at home during the day. just thinking & hoping maybe one day who knows!!! merry Christmas & happy & healthy new year
