Planet Fitness is a gym that provides a welcoming space for everyone in a Judgement Free Zone. It has many locations and best-in-class equipment for people to build strength. Some members are highly satisfied, finding the staff friendly and helpful, and note the gym is clean with nice people working there. The facilities are described as very basic and can be very small, which might make using equipment a challenge when crowded. Several significant issues are noted. The locker room showers have nowhere to put shampoo or soap, the dispensers are often empty, and there is a lack of privacy for changing. The relaxation area with massage chairs is not quiet or relaxing, as everything is bunched together in open rooms, making it very loud. On occasion, staff members have been reported as rude and unhelpful to members.
My very strong friend Denita frequents at the barbells. She very strong. Very stubborn too but that's a different business review. 5 stars for muscles.

Great gym. More than enough equipment even when it’s busy. Locker room has been clean when I was in there. Lee and Ralph always have a great attitude and are helpful.
