I absolutely love this place I have brought my boy Gunner here 5 times so far and every visit has been wonderful. It’s hard for me to be excited about a vacation when I know my boy has to stay behind but it’s getting better Everytime knowing that he is being taken care of so well! The staff knows him by name now when I’m checking him in and it makes me feel good knowing he’s loved while I’m away. When I pick him up he’s always in a great mood , super happy and tired from his long fun stay. Thank you guys for everything you do to make me feel less sad about leaving him but making him feel loved when he’s away. I’ve even moved alittle father away but the drive is absolutely worth it for us.

Worst experience of my life. Updated vaccine records 2 days prior to coming in for doggie daycare. A message popped up saying if anything was missing i would get an email. I got an email saying they were ready for BOTH my dogs. When I arrived they informed me i was missing 1 vaccine for one of my dogs so they couldnt accept them into the building. Wouldnt even let them sit in a kennel there and not participate in doggie daycare. Instead my dogs would have to go home. Ive worked doggie daycare before, and this is NOT how this should be run. Cause now i have a 10 hour say day ahead of me and no one to watch my dogs

My dog has been going to Pet Paradise Ormond Beach day camp for more than 5 years now. She loves it there! They have the best staff who love the dogs (and cats) so much! I feel so comfortable leaving my dog there each day, knowing she will get the very best care. The whole experience of playing and socializing with other dogs is so beneficial for her physical exercise and mental engagement. The whole Pet Paradise staff is awesome - we love them! ❤️

December 2023 was my miniature pet yorkie’s 3rd visit at Pet Paradise Ormond Beach for an extended stay, and it won’t be his last. The staff continuously work well with Chewie by ensuring his happiness and safety. I find their rates to be reasonable too.

Booked for a 2week stay for my2 fur babie staff were so affable. Neat , clean and smells nice. Sure hope my babies wanna come home after their stay!

I drop my cat off here every year when we go om vacation. They take great care of Phoebe, and she loves the staff. Everyone is friendly and kind and it's a great option for pet care while out of town.

I recently had an appointment at this establishment with an alternate groomer due to the unavailability of our preferred groomer, whom we have been loyal to for the past two years. Despite having prior positive experiences at this location, my recent visit left me disheartened. Upon arrival and check-in, I took the time to convey my specific preferences for the cuts and services for my two and three-year-old Yorkie puppies. These instructions included maintaining full face and leg hair while tidying up the body to give a clean appearance.Regrettably, upon receiving a call 3 1/2 hours after drop-off informing me that my pets were ready for pick-up, I was taken aback by the total bill presented to me: an unexpectedly high sum of $175. This was notably inconsistent with my financial history of approximately two years of visits, during which I have never approached the $200 threshold, inclusive of gratuity, for similar services.In an effort to address this discrepancy, I engaged in conversation with the staff member responsible for the transaction. While acknowledging the price variation, I emphasized my intention was not to contest the financial aspect. Instead, I expressed my concern regarding the uncharacteristic deviation from the norm. My expectation was rooted in the patterns of service and charges established over my previous visits, each of which I have meticulously documented.During our interaction, the staff member outlined the rationale behind the pricing model, citing the degree of grooming required as a factor influencing charges. Additionally, they suggested that maintaining a consistent rapport with my regular groomer would help mitigate such deviations in the future.In light of this information, I graciously acknowledged the situation and declined to pursue further action. It was conveyed that I did not wish to revisit this establishment, and I proposed that the tip I had initially intended be deducted from the unanticipated expenses. Upon the retrieval of my pets, however, it became evident that the outcome significantly diverged from our initial consultation. This divergence was particularly manifest in the excessively short haircut they had received, which contrasted starkly with the vision I had articulated.In response, I collected my dogs from the staff member and politely conveyed my dissatisfaction before concluding the interaction.Having worked in the hair industry for over two decades, I am acutely attuned to the importance of consistent service, meticulous attention to client preferences, and transparent pricing practices. This experience compels me to underscore the significance of careful consideration when choosing establishments to entrust with one's business. While I recognize the prevailing impact of inflation, the decision to patronize this establishment stemmed in part from their convenient Sunday hours, catering to my schedule.Regrettably, the outcome did not align with my expectations, and I am left disheartened by the unanticipated charges and, more significantly, the misalignment between our communicated preferences and the actual results. My intention in sharing this narrative is to offer a cautionary perspective, urging fellow pet owners to exercise discernment when selecting service providers in this locale.
