Hank and his team are great. Surprise visit from family this week, they pushed me to the head of the line and got my rig ready for my family to use. I highly recommend using Ormond collision

Good value for what you get, 2 crashes, and repetitive problems with my 99' Corolla and all his prices have been reasonable. For anything body and mechanical, this is the place to go to.One thing I will say is that you should head in early if you want things done. They have a lot of business and it's understandably hard for them to juggle vehicles and customers.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I was recommended this place from someone that I know but do not make the same mistake that I did. My car was in a wreck and I took it to this place to be fixed. The first time I finally came to pick it up they hadn't even done the alignment on it and were just going to give me the car back so I had to say something about that and come back a second time to pick up my car. After I finally picked it up and was driving it the bumper kept clicking out of place so I messaged them about bringing it back so they could fix whatever the issue was and he told me to stop by. I went by and we made arrangements for me to come at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and then he didn't even show up after I sat there for an hour and even text him that I was there. Now I'm getting no response at all. Do not take your car here it will not be done correctly and then they will not respond to you after it's "done". As you can see from the picture I'm posting with this the bumper was not put on correctly and they do not seem to care to fix the issue. They also reused my old headlight after they charged almost $300 for a new one. I heard him saying that "it's more work then it's worth" (2018 Toyota RAV4) as he was on the phone walking away. You already ripped me off by using the old headlight when you charged my insurance for a new one. They're a bunch of crooks here.

I crushed my rv, and I was desperate because Im not from Florida. I was looking a reliable bodyshop to fix it, I was stressed because I needed to leave the soonest possible!! Since I arrived Hank was friendly and very helpful, he was willing to help me with everything and explained me step by step! He told me that he could fix it and do it on time, fitting everything for my schedule. He did it, and he make look my rv like nothing happened and I’m super happy and grateful with him and his family ! They kept their word just as they said and I plenty recommend this place if you need some body work for your rv ??✨Thank you Hank !

Don't use this buisness. I took my van there 3 times to try to fix the original issue. 708.00 dollars later. They refuse to give me a correct and legible invoice to submit for taxes and they hung up on me when Iasked if they could rewrite me one. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.

I'm giving this place two stars because the girl in the front the one that manages basically most of the office part, Vanessa is really a great customer service example she's really good at what she does enjoyed speaking with her and she kept up on things very professional. She gets five stars. The work itself I had a window taken out of my VW RV and the reason it had to go to the Collision Repair is because it was a 1999 with rust damage Around the rim of the windshield. The owner had indicated to me that he had dealt with a lot of these so I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and so I trusted him to repair and clean up the rust to put a new windshield in it. He did tell me he was going to use epoxy resine, and I understood that but we didn't really discuss the windshield itself because originally it was supposed to be done by Safelite. However when he took it over there Safelite said they would not install a windshield on epoxy resine repair so he had suggested another company to do the windshield and so I went with his recommendation. So the repair to the rust was done the paint matched. That was his repair. That's three stars. The problem was this place was responsible for my vehicle while in their care. The parts that were poor workmanship is the window install. I should've been more specific of putting an OEM windshield in there and the rim the trim that needed to go in it. They didn't put OEM. There were some of the interior parts of my my side plastic broken. It's old and brittle so I get that but you could have had the courtesy to tell me. There was a scratch on my RV and I didn't want to accuse them of that, although I haven't moved the thing since I came back from California so it was a little difficult to not want to say WTF! I did say to him that I had not taken pictures which I usually do of all my vehicles before I take them in for some thing and I had not done that so I couldn't say whether it happened happened at his place. I was a little upset about it but I can't accuse somebody without knowing for sure. The damage on the driver side it look like they buffed something out of it but there's still a mark on it. The real culprit is the poor quality and lack of attention to the fragile components that were affected. As soon as I look up the name of the windshield company I will write there review. I think I just feel if you are coordinating a job make sure it's up to a standard. Would I use them again, I don't think so.

I must say I had a incredible experience with these folks. Hank and crew were curtious, professional and patient with all my questions. The work was done before schedule and was EXCELLENT. They stayed within the budget. Folks, there is no reason to go anywhere else for auto and especially RV repair. They are true craftsman, developed through the years as a family business. Hank has three sons working for him, and the legacy will continue. All I can say is THANK YOU and WELL DONE!!Service: Body & Trim

They diagnosed the problem and had us fixed and on our way in just a few hours. The mechanic ,also a Henry ,did a fantastic job. If I lived closer I would have them work on all my vehicles...honest and fair....Thanks Again...Service: Tires

WARNINGNEVER NEVER NEVERI brought my Roadtrek 11C170V into the shop with some front end damage on a Monday. The owner, Hank, crawled under and told me that it wasn't bad and all the parts were replaceable. He told me that all the parts would be in by that Friday and the job would take 2 days to complete. I dropped it off the following Monday as discussed the previous week. I went back the following day at the end of shift to find out he was still waiting on parts. He told me that a wrong part was shipped and he sent it back. I had to explain to him that it wasn't the wrong part and where the part went. I offered to drive to pick up the parts but he declined my offer and told me that it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I contacted the dealer and all the parts were in stock and on the shelf. Hank blamed the insurance claims adjuster and the office girl but never assumed any responsibility himself. He was unprofessional, irresponsible, and incompetent and a liar. He never contacted me to update the status of the repair. I returned every day at the end of shift and saw little to no progress. He even blamed ME for the delay because I asked questions. Today, he told me that he had to remove the bumper because the frame was bent. Just another excuse. On top of that, Hank told me that I had to pay CASH in order to pick it up. What reputable shop will do that. He held my RV hostage. The company consists of Hank, the owner, and his sons. At one point he asked me “who the F#@k are you?” I told him, “I was a customer.”After paying the ransome to pick up my RV, I saw that the bumper cover was the wrong part and the grill was loose.I am a retired aircraft maintenance instructor and used to build race cars. I wouldn't put it past him to take advantage of someone less informed. I wouldn't trust him to work on my bikeBewareI added pictures:The pictures don't show the loose bumper cover or grill.

It was real nice to deal with professionals again. I can't even give then 1 star. BTW the web page listed with BBB is not correct and their new location is 1300 N. Nova Rd Beware
