I had a special experience! I had Photocopies to do and came to a point where I needed assistance from the print desk. Upon stepping up to the counter, I became very dizzy. I was given a chair immediately and a bottle of water and the person stayed close by me in the event I needed help. Also, someone did all my print job for me while I sat there and waited for my family to come and get me to get me safely home. This was over and above what I expect of a business.

Great staff, super helpful!!! Couldn’t be nicer. Went above and beyond any of my expectations. Helped me with my resume, printed it all up and made me look good for my future job!!!

I went to the Ormond Beach store in Florida and was delighted by the tech person behind the design counter. Maddie was amazing and SO helpful!

I frequently order online and pick up at Office Depot for printable items as an artist which includes flyers for paint parties, reference photos, and instructions for the paint kits I sell. Some weeks I have multiple items to pick up and every single time I have had a top notch experience. Definitely recommend!

Horrible service! Manager Ashley was extremely unprofessional, uninformed & rude. Couldn't seem to answer the simplest of questions. I can see why brick & mortar will soon be gone. Hopefully they'll be out of business soon. I see the drive thru window in his near future.

Impressed with how this location handled their customer service. Long story short, the individual I gave my printing order to never submitted the job. When I called, the store promptly rectified the order to my satisfaction. No problem whatsoever.

Print services very fast. Kelly was very helpful. Had to wait for confirmation, but I don't think that was the store's fault. I believe it was high volume going to company I was faxing to.

The store is local. The employees are pleasant, easy to talk to, and they will refer you to the employee who can best answer your questions. If you have a problem with an item after you buy it, the employees are willing to help you. There are always items on sale, at significant sale discount, and the items change every Sunday. You don't get this online.
