The rooms are clean and the place is well located with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The owners will meet your needs to ensure maximum comfort. I will come back without any hesitation 2 or 3 times a year. The price is very reasonable .

From the 1st moment you arrive, the friendly staff reassures that you made the right choice! I had the pleasure of meeting OJ. I had hand surgery and he was the nicest, most attentive person I met in my time in Ormond Beach.I previously made the HUGE mistake of choosing other beach hotels in past trips here. The Pictures below tell the whole story!The rooms are well appointed and impeccably clean from shower to sheets!Noteworthy details: People were FanTastic!

Even with the reconstruction going on I give this place a five star rating. Neil and all of the other members of hotel staff did everything to make our stay here very comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying again and would recommend this place to anyone I know. Would really like to see this place when they have completed the construction. Forgot to mention that the rooms are very well kept and very clean.

Best value, clean rooms, comfortable king bed, best hospitable staff. We didn’t pay for an ocean view, but still have a great ocean view through the center second floor city view.Only catch was because of hurricane damage, no beach or pool access, but beach access is only a block away. We would stay again to be so close to the beach for the value. Highly recommend.

You can't go wrong staying at this small, clean and well kept property. From the time we made a reservation with Neal for our family, to the check in and stay, we were very pleased with the accommodations.

The name sums up the best part, Oceanfront. We had a fantastic ocean view from our balcony room. The amenities are adequate. Generally, the place was a bit outdated and could use a renovation. The pool and beach access were still wrecked from hurricanes last year. But the price was right, one of the lowest cost hotels on the beach.Walkability: The Oceanfront is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars, multiple gift shops, the beach, and a mini golf course.

Nice, small, clean, remodeled older motel....I liked it the 3 or 4 times I've stayed there when coming down for Bikeweek.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed two extra days! Our room was clean, beds comfy, and we had everything we needed like a nice size wall tv, coffemaker, microwave, fridge, and cooktop. All of the staff were friendly and ready to help in any way. The pool was up to 9 feet deep, clean, with a great view of the ocean. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables, also other tables to have a picnic lunch away from the pool. The ocean was close, with a private exit/entrance. We were looking for a small, less crowded, quaint atmosphere, and a reasonable daily rate. We had a wonderful stay and now consider Oceanfront Inn our first choice for a vacation!

We stayed here for the Coke Zero 400. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean It was an easy drive from the hotel to Lot 7 where we parked. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is very dated but it seemed clean. Beds were cheap as well as the linens. TV was pretty small. The hotel was on the beach and they had a deep swimming pool(not some 4-5' kiddie pool).
