This is not your typical storage facility...& thank goodness. The staff is nice & friendly. Especially Chris. He is kind & understanding of unexpected life situations. You obviously have to pay for your storage unit every month, but they will work with you if needed. They aren't trying to get rid of your stuff or throw you out the second the 1st of the month passes like the bigger storage companies do. It is located in the Ormond be the Sea area, so it is very convenient if you live there. It is a bit difficult to get a unit because it is so convenient, but they will put you on a list & let you know if one becomes available. That's what I had to do. The building is not climate controlled, but it is under shopping & restaurants, so it doesn't get as bad as you'd think in the heat of summer. They also turn on a humidifier when it's needed. I haven't had any issues with my things being close to the ocean climate. No melting, no rust & no mold. There is a bathroom available for you to use. They have dollies & a hand truck if you need to borrow them. You can also call ahead & they will open your main door for you before you get there if you don't wish to go in the office when you get there. Which is what I always do.

The guy who run it ( not sure of name, im not good with names ) is the nicest most helpful guy ever & tha place is secured nicely & safely.
