Top shop, recommended by my parents, they are the start of my awesome travel experiences thanks to their prompt acceptance of a repair job on short notice, I trust my family wouldn't have recommended them so highly if they weren't the best in the business!
Flexible terms, friendly staff, fast & fairly priced, with upfront pricing right at the cashier window for diagnosis, I love to see it.

I didn't feel welcomed at all. And when I asked any questions about anything they didn't know. One of the mechanics said " I don't know man all I do is weld pipes". And the front desk lady said " if I had questions about trucks they could help me". Although the price that was given to me was very good I thought, but it took almost 45 minutes to get it. Maybe it was an off day for this company but I didn't feel comfortable with the knowledge that they displayed.

I am a Canadian and down for bike week. Had a bit of an emergency repair needed for my truck while stuck thousands of miles from home. The folks at Nellie’s fit us in and completed the work a day early. They could have charged me a fortune for rush service knowing I would not likely be a return customer but the price was so extremely reasonable. Couldn’t recommend these folks enough. Such down to earth people too!

My daughter got her nursing license at a young age and moved into The Daytona Beach area. She did not enjoy the Ohio winters. Anyway, when her muffler needed replaced, I looked at reviews and found this shop close to where she lives. I was a little worried with her young age that she might get taken advantage of with repair cost.
She had this shop replace her muffler, and to my absolute surprise they installed a brand new muffler for her at a fraction of the cost that my mechanic in Ohio would have done it for. $166.50 Was the total charge to install a new muffler!
Thank you so much for your integrity, and taking care of my little girl. It’s tempting to move down to that area to have an honest mechanic like this shop! God Bless you and your business. She has found a trusted mechanic for all her cars needs!

I had a exhaust leak on my 2013 Ford F150. Since I needed the manifold done I wanted duel exhaust. Nellee's went above and beyond for me and Tori always was helpful. This place is honest and I'm happy with the work and the price.
