I took my phone to Dave and without hesitation fixed all my issues. I can not speak highly enough about this store. Trinity was an amazing help as well. I walk in Ormond Beach after having a bad experience at the Daytona Location( that girl with those long trashy nails and horrible attitude needs another job )
when I say this gentleman Curt didn’t disappoint me at all!!!!!
from the time I walked in until I left that store I walked in with a damaged phone and needed a new one badly
he went above and beyond ! he understands what customer service actually means (even if I didn’t get the phone I would return just for his customer service!!!
He didn’t let me leave that store, until I had everything I needed.
Curt had to call my old phone company and even though they gave him an extremely hard time, he still pressed forward and made sure that didn’t stop what I needed done. Simply amazing I was overwhelmed and frustrated he saw that and made sure I left with my service and everything I needed. Thank you soooo much you made my day”
