I only got the base wash, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it didn’t even get my car clean. The lady did not do any type of pre wash spray, the dryers were minimally effective leaving water spots all over. My hood and windshield still have salt spots and my back window is only half cleaned and full of water spots now. I have been to other car washes in the area and been highly satisfied with their base washes. It’s safe to say I won’t ever be back at mister clean…..because it doesn’t leave your car clean.

We used to like this one like the unlimited plan is great BUT for several weeks the left rotating brush wasn’t working then was and now BOTH left and right are not working. So, my car just got top cleaning while I’ll have to go home and scrub the sides, seems stupid and wasteful… I’m sure they’re still going to charge me the same price for 1/2 a car wash!!!

I had a membership for 1 year. It jumped from $25 to $42, without my knowledge. When I first started going there things were great, then it digressed throughout the year. Most brushes were not working or they were eliminating them completely. There is not order to how the lines merge. Someone could be buying the basic wash and cut infront of you and take your platinum wash. It seems the same wash was being given to everyone, just only some of us are paying for it. Do not fall for their promos either! Customer service never returns your call! I have a 2023 silverado and now have a big knick on my driver side door after my last time going through their wash. Do not recommend.

One of the main rotating car wash scrubbers is broken. They failed to tell you that when you pay $14 for the car wash. When I went back through to inform them that one of the scrubbers was broken, they said oh yeah that’ll be fixed next week. No offer of a discount, no apology. The attendant tried to say Car wash was just as good without one of the main scrubbers going. I’ll never use Mister Car Wash again.

No real concern about the customer. Turn key operation. No personal touch other than a two second spray to the drivers side front quarter.Overall decent car wash however the rear of SUV never comes clean. Maybe I’ll drive through backwards one day. ?♂️
