One of the main rotating car wash scrubbers is broken. They failed to tell you that when you pay $14 for the car wash. When I went back through to inform them that one of the scrubbers was broken, they said oh yeah that’ll be fixed next week. No offer of a discount, no apology. The attendant tried to say Car wash was just as good without one of the main scrubbers going. I’ll never use Mister Car Wash again.

No real concern about the customer. Turn key operation. No personal touch other than a two second spray to the drivers side front quarter.Overall decent car wash however the rear of SUV never comes clean. Maybe I’ll drive through backwards one day. ?♂️

On this car wash they really paid attention not like the one on LPGA where they are playing with phones and checking on details I recommend this one

I've been to a dozen mister car washes, this one is as good or better than the others.. Two most important things at a carwash in the 2020s - 1. It washes your car , well. 2. They handle legitimate issues well. This car wash does both... If you want a personal touch for your car, wash it yourself. No one can afford to pay their employees for that type of service anymore... For anything! Don't blame the car wash industry for what our world has turned into.

I had an issue here when a driver ahead of me pulled their parking brake instead of putting their car back into D when their wash was complete. The manager of this location, Mr. Ponder, was excellent to deal with to get the damage repaired. Great customer service always earns my loyalty. Thank you, Mr. Ponder, for reaching out immediately to solve the problem.

Friendly staff, great vacuum s, I would appreciate it if they would use more water in the car wash. They've raised prices (which I don't mind) but cut way back on steps of wash cycle!!

They have basically ruined the car wash industry in the area. They bought up all these old car washes and left them as is. Almost every time I go to one, some portion of the wash is broken and not working. The amount of soap they use is so minimal that even with the cloths that are supposed to wash the top of your car, they don't even remove the dirt residue where the wipers don't wipe. Don't be fooled by the "suds" you see, the heads are designed to make foam. It doesn't mean there is any real soap/cleaner present. And now they want to go up on the price!
