Horrible customer service and Craig Brown is a liar!!!!!!!!!!!! I am stuck with the agent due to having Citizen's insurance and I have to wait until the policy is renewed to request a new agent which WILL happen the day it is possible. Craig has been telling me for months that he has everything under control with my renewal only to find out today that he just submitted it yesterday and policy is expiring TOMORROW. DO NOT HIRE THIS AGENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were looking for homeowners insurance beachside and all the big "A+ rated" companies wouldn't insure our house but I called McClain insurance and got Craig and had a policy secured in 10 minutes. Not only that but he called my mortgage broker and set everything up. Couldn't ask for better service or better people handling our insurance.
