I had service on my Audi Q7 had engine light on the dash board. They find the solution. It was not a single thing totake care of, It's multiple thing to change and it take time but they fix it. They are knowledgeable, friendly and fair at the labour.

Would give a zero or negative star actually if allowed the chode is rude and degrading. I am a military veteran that got turned away because I had brought my own brand new parts. They don't care about your needs they just want your money

We've taken out Itasca Navion motor home to Lonnie's twice now. What a great experience! Everyone there had a great sense of humor while also taking care of us and our RV to the very best of their abilities. Our RV has a Mercedes engine, and at Lonnie's they have mechanics who have been trained in the intricacies of the Mercedes engines. They performed their work to a very high standard just like you'd expect at a Mercedes dealership, but the cost was substantially lower than we would have paid at a Mercedes dealership. They are our "go to" in the winter and spring when we are in that area. Thanks guys for doing what you're doing :-)

I am new to the area, and so grateful to have found Lonnie’s. My experience from the first phone call with Kimberly to arriving for my appointment and checking out was above 5 stars. Kimberly was very helpful on the phone, took the time to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. I was immediately greeted when I arrived, all repairs and costs were explained in detail and service was done in a very timely manner. I am so grateful to have a home town repair shop to go to for my car as opposed to the big dealerships that treat you as a number and don’t listen. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, where do I start? The service, attentiveness, and follow-through I received from Lonnie’s, specifically from Kimberly and Casey, is second to none. From the moment my 2018 Audi Q5 was towed to their shop, I was treated with exceptional care. My vehicle had starting issues due to recent weather, and it turned out that Audi North Orlando had incorrectly replaced the starter relays in the engine compartment.
As a single full-time father of four children with a tight budget, I deeply appreciated Kimberly and Casey's attention to my financial constraints. Having grown up in an auto repair family, with my father owning a repair business in Colorado for 35 years, I know how hard it is to find a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop. Lonnie’s, and particularly Kimberly and Casey, are some of the most trustworthy individuals I have ever encountered in this industry.
They were courteous, attentive, compassionate, and understanding of my situation, working diligently to fix my vehicle. The shop is clean, professional, and clearly experienced in addressing car issues. I highly recommend them for any vehicle repairs.
Having managed a sales team of 26 individuals, I can confidently say that Kimberly and Casey could have trained my sales staff better than I could when it comes to customer service. I will always take my vehicles to Lonnie’s. You can expect kindness, respect, and honesty about what needs to be done to repair your vehicle, unlike the experiences at some dealerships where you feel taken advantage of.
I want to give a special shout-out to Kimberly and Casey for making my vehicle repair process seamless and stress-free. Thank you so much, and as much as I appreciate your help, I hope I don’t need to see you again anytime soon! ?

Lonnie’s Auto gave me the best price and prompt repair on my Dodge Journey’s A/C. Kimberly was incredibly personable, as were the rest of the team I encountered. They have surely earned my business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest automotive repair.

The Team at Lonnies are truly there for the customer and very conscious about cost and service. Super convenient, fast and do an excellent job on service. They performed some significant work recently on our ML350 and GLS 450 and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this team!

I took my car to them with an oil leak. This was a new car to me and I asked that they evaluate the whole car. They did that and I know everything about this car now. They took great care to protect it while working on it and only did the work I asked. I will return to them with any upcoming work. They were all friendly and so helpful.
