Parts department staff were helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted for my motorcycle. I've been a customer of J&P Cycles for years, and will keep on for hopefully many more years to come!

I just enjoyed my shopping experience. The staff and Management was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all things. I would highly recommend this store and I will most definitely be shopping there again.

They had what I needed but customer service there is non existent. If you have questions you have to find someone who's sitting somewhere doing nothing. May want to work on that. I was one of 2 people in the store.
