I have ordered from home design furniture several times. Recently I special ordered a recliner. It was delivered by extremely courteous men, who took an old love seat to the curb. Special thanks to Ann who held off delivery due to extreme rain and was so helpful in answering all my questions. I highly recommend them.

I bought a sectional on 11/3 and was told it would be there in “1-2 weeks”, that didn’t happen. I called multiple times and have been given different dates. It’s been 2 months. I called the store again today and spoke to a very kind woman and she answered my questions. I was given a delivery date to the store for 1/31. Will update my review when I receive my sectional.

I couldn't get a single one of the three employees attention while I was in the store. It wasn't until I was headed out that someone said "if you need any help let us know". Well duh, if someone is in your furniture shop they probably are looking for furniture! Their job is to sell it not to stand there

Ordered a new bedroom set. It came when promised and their delivery guys did a great job setting it up. When they finished, we noticed an issue with the attached mirror on the dresser. We called Ann at the main store, explained the issue and she ordered a new strut with hardware. Today, the guys showed up with the new parts and within ten minutes they were done. Great job!!!

Hi I bought a new sofa and, tv console, and bedroom set. The sofa did not operate properly after a month or so - made a loud noise and was annoying. I also needed a drawer and two handles replaced. Ann worked with me for almost a year but she ended up getting us a new sofa because she knew I was really frustrated since we spent a lot of money.Today they came with a new drawer and put two new handles on ones that didn't tighten properly.I want to thank Ann for all the hard work she put into this to get a new sofa and also for ordering new parts for bedroom set!Awesome job Ann!

Enjoyed worked with Eve. Very friendly and listens carefully to items you're looking for. Called and left her a message and they didn't give it to her. That was frustrating.

After ordering a new couch for my Mother in law from American Signature Furniture in February of this year was informed it would be 6 weeks for delivery. Well here it is in December she's had no Furniture in her living room since April. Went to Home Design Furniture on Wednesday her new furniture will be delivered Monday, Very nice and personable young lady had the answer to every question and took wonderful care of my elderly mother in law really made her feel good

Went and found the set that we really wanted it was a dining room table and chairs sign says $1799 for and the lady comes over and goes that's not right it's 2700. Rip off

I was so excited to be able to get my server from Jackie when another furniture store said it would take until May 2022 to be able to get it and then there was no guarantee. She took the time to do the research and I really appreciate it. I will definitely go to her again when I need new furniture.

UPDATE:The manager reached out to me throughout the last 2 weeks in attempts to clarify the shipping delays and lack of definitive dates for any shipment. They fully refunded my money. My recommendation would be to provide realistic delivery estimates from the get go. According to them, they get estimate dates from their supplier but I believe there needs to be better expectations from their supplier so that they can pass on better estimates to their customers.Additionally, if there's any short staffing, or delays, or any unexpected delays, routine communication with the customer would be very helpful.Overall, I'm glad that they listened and refunded the money.Thank you.ORIGINAL:Please beware of this place. They collect money for the promised product and have no intention of delivering it. They'll keep delaying with bogus excuses and when you ask for a refund, they'll make endless excuses about system being down.Every time I go to check up on my order, there's new excuses worse than the previous one. They need to be reported to BBB because many people have had same complaints. I've been waiting for my order since June 2021. I was told it'll be delivered bu July 15th. It's September and still nothing.Only buy what's in store and things they can actually hand you that same day. Otherwise you're better off throwing that money down the drain.Worst experience and even worse (nonexistent) customer service!

Please read reviews before dealing here. I didn't......but after my own experience, I feel I should share mine!I was told a price on a sectional and agreed to purchase but before the transaction was completed, I was told there had been a mistake and the price was actually 1749.00 but if I paid cash I could pay no tax and I could have it for 1600.00 and agreed. I wrote a check which included 99.00 for delivery. It would be delivered the first thing Monday. I got a call that since my check was out of state they would need cash.Before I could go the next day, they called again and said there had been another mistake. The Sectional was 2199.00 instead of 1600.00. I went down and got my check and copy of my driver's license back and felt that I was really lucky to have been able to have second thoughts. Beware buyer!!!

Very pleased with the service I received here today! Eve spent so much time with me; she helped me decide exactly what I want. Jackie helped me out a little on a price so I could stay in budget. The other great thing is that what’s out on the floor is available ASAP, which is very hard to find in most furniture stores!
