All kinds of thrift goods with an emphasis on pet goods. Not high end but great finds. Many cons sets, dvds, books, etc. Has yarn and odds and ends. Hit or miss on clothes but all for a great cause!! New goods coming in regularly. Good luck!

I went there this week to drop off some brand new item with the tags still on them and the males outside would not even help me get the stuff out of my car. I recently had knee surgery, I'm a female and the stuff was very heavy and they would not help me get it out of my car they said "oh you can bring it over here and put it down over here". The men were not busy, there was nothing on the table they were just rude and their prices are ridiculous. I have never seen grown men be reluctant to assist a woman in lifting something. That behavior made me sick to my stomach. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM ANYTHING OR SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Not like it use to be with deals and better donations. Management must have changed with the new location., and it reflects with the horrible pricing. You can buy new with the option to return for just a few dollars less on many items there. I agree for a community store you should build the community by offering fair pricing and not “bite the hand that feeds you” as so adequately put by another customer. We no longer donate here .

Found some excellent quality crystal decanters, serving platters and fine dining Ware. Nice leather knee high boots. You never know what is being donated the previous day. So it's worth moseying down there for

I used to shop here a lot, and they offered a lot of good deals with great prices, but the prices have skyrocketed over the past month and I will no longer be shopping here. I'm all for helping animals, but prices have gone up so much that it's as if you are shopping at goodwill, where I also don't shop at because of the price gouging. You can't bite the hand that feeds you and expect your loyal customers to stick around. It just does not work that way.

I support any organization that helps animals!!! But, I was so offended by the way I was treated when I dropped off a bunch of donations today. Some were household goods, linens, also a full set of golf clubs and a few bags of clothing/shoes, handbags... Some which price tags still on. Also a few coats and jackets on hangers. The man taking the donations was instantly upset he had to sort through all the bags and even threw an electric heated throw down on the table saying he was going to have to throw in the garbage because they don't take electric blankets. (but apparently accept sheets???) I was shocked at his ungrateful mean attitude and told him if it was too much trouble I'd take it all to a different location to donate it. He was plain rude. When the man huffed off, the lady sitting there apologized and thanked me for the donations and said they were appreciative. I hate to think but he is causing people to stop donating because it will affect the number of animals that can be helped.

I went here a few years ago and wasn't impressed, however, I recently was convinced to go back and am glad I did!! It is the Anthropologie of thrift stores lolThe employees were fun, the music was fun, and the atmosphere was just really nice and funky. VERY clean too.

I really have liked going there - always leave with something. Yesterday I was there and ,when checking out, the cashier spotted something I was buying for $2 as “valuable” so she told the other worker who took my item to the back to show the pricing people that they made “a mistake”- when she came back she said two things that didn’t sit well- first she said “you are getting a deal on this so you should give us a donation” and then said “ our GOOD customers would let us know our mistake”. I didn’t say anything and left- it was so rude! Side note- I went home and looked up the price of the item and it’s currently selling for $20….

The Humane Society is one of my favorite charities. This store is much smaller than the one in Vero but it was packed with customers on the day I was there. There was a line at the checkout. The location on US1 is easy to find. Some items were priced, such as marked-downs and books, but a lot of stuff wasn't. That keeps me from buying much because I like to know how much I'm spending. Maybe they need more volunteers. I plan to stop there whenever I'm in Ormond Beach.

Usually my experience is good and always involves donating items of value. My lasst donation of seven items probably carried a value of in excess of $1200. Recently I stopped on my way out of town on a Wednesday and forgot it wasn't a day for donations. However when I pulled to the back there were three people in that location. One looked like he was sorting items and the other two just hanging. The gentleman was polite and said they don't accept on that day. I explained I was leaving and needed to leave them or give them to another facility in Ormond. I explained it was only five small items worth over $900 and I have donated numerous times. His response was "sorry the manager will fire me." Give me a break so I left. Very foolish on their part.

Definitely my favorite stop when thrifting. The items are priced well, the store is fairly organized. The associates are friendly, and they have pretty good inventory. Always a fave stop! :)

I volunteer at Rescue Re-Tail and love every minute. The volunteers work hard to get donated items out on the floor. Prices are rock bottom. If you find the same item at another store cheaper, by all means buy it there. But if it's NOT cheaper, good luck finding it again at Rescue Re-Tail because some lucky customer got it and knows their dollars spent go to help support the shelter animals.

Another store that has way too much inventory on the shelves. It was donated guys, get it out of the door so we can see what you have! Some of the stuff was priced like it was new

Well organized and apparently popular, as parking lot was nearly full. Great prices and ever-changing inventory.

Always a new treasure to find. People complain about the wait. But it's a volunteer run store. For a charity no less. This woman Nancy complained she waited a whole 5 minutes. It's a thrift shop not Bloomingdale's people have such a sense of entitlement lol You are helping animals. Given the people they are a break
