Abhorrent customer service - I've never spoken with anyone so rude in my life! I just wanted to get off the phone with this person, but now I'm not so sure how I am going to get the billing straightened out, as I'm afraid to call back and potentially get the same person again!

Horrible. Twice as costly as chain pharmacies. Also, there’s new employees almost every time I go. High turnover rate means problems internally.
