I brought my pearl necklace here to be repaired after I accidentally snapped the cord. They special ordered a silk cord for the necklace, and fixed them so well that they look better now than when they were brand new. Incredible, speedy craftsmanship for a great price. I plan on coming back with other jewelry pieces soon. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, wonderful staff. You just know that they will take care of your jewelry as though it were their own. I have used Granada Jewelers for the 8 years I’ve lived here and wouldn’t go anywhere else for new purchases or repair of jewelry.

I took my Longines watch in to have the battery replaced. They wanted me to leave it with them and a few days later contacted me that it was ready to pick up. I paid for the battery but as I was looking at the watch noticed it wasn't working. After checking with the jeweler, I was told they didn't actually replace the battery, because they couldn't get the back off of the watch and that it would need to be sent to the watch person off site. To make things worse they created multiple scratches on the silver case. The woman I dealt with said she didn't see any scratches (of course she didn't) and was patronizing as I left the store with my watch in hand. First and last time dealing with them!

Came here to get my super vintage Gucci bracelet repaired. They did a fabulous job and the turnaround time was super fast. I also found two really beautiful rings here that are unique and stunning. Customer service here is stellar! I’d much rather do business with local businesses than corporate. These people are wonderful! Thank you all!

I brought my bracelet in to be fixed it has diamonds and it was baguettes but it was in sterling silver I got it at a pawn shop at a very good price and the class that came with it broke because it was very dainty because at one point it was a very expensive bracelet I was on beach side and I decided to go into the jewelry store since I was already right next door at another store to get it fixed . well I got a silver claw clasp and I was quoted a price that was written on a receipt n that was a lot to begin with. $63.00 then when I came in to pick it up I brought my receipt and she charged me 75 I said why wasn't that much this is a quote that you called agree when I was here and the girl said because they I decided the ring to the bracelet sterling silver is not even gold small places of soldering and my bracelet is worth $10 more than what the actual cloth and soldering cost me which was out of this world that's crazy they tried to blow it off like it was nothing and things happen like that I didn't say a word and I walked out I will never go back there I know people are having a hard time in this world that means I am too but for you to charge somebody $75 dollars for a silver claw clasp and it cost almost as much as the actual bracelet that's ridiculous you know there are such thing as people you know understanding but some people just like to charge as much as they can and they have no problem doing it not good when I'm a local and I send people to a lot of places and I have a business as well hopefully they'll read this and learn there's really nothing they can do now because if they meant it they would have done it the time I was there and they knew I was upset when I left.

I would rate this place a zero. I brought my bracelet there to get fixed about four months ago. It had issues with staying on and it was missing a stone . So they replaced it , and it stayed fix for actually 2 1/2 months because I work non stop and I didn’t have time get it fixed but I did call them and let them know. I brought my bracelet in again to get fixed for the same issue and was told I would have to pay again !??? I didn’t pay for a temporary fix it didn’t even last 6 months to a year , and all the lady said was ( Atleast it was fixed for 4 months ) that’s beyond RUDE be held accountable ! You didn’t FIX anything . I’m now taking my bracelet else where but this goes to show they just want your money and are not to fix the real issue . They even took pictures of when I first brought it in and it was the same as when I brought it back THIS was never fixed ! And it should’ve been fixed at no cost ! Since they get it right the first time . Please don’t go here .

Granada Jewelry staff was unable to adjust my Mother's watchband because the jeweler was not there. They called around and found a jeweler that could repair that day.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Multiple experiences w Granada Jewelers include: watch repair, ring repair (delicate antique requiring removal and replacement of pearls, plus) and appraisals. These folks are old school honest, professionals and genuinely friendly! We are so glad we found them!
