Made an appointment but not ready (there were no other customers and 3 agents). Tried to open account with promotion did not honor it or make any attempt to make it work. Site looks very dated locked down like prison. Very unhelpful and unpleasant

Have been a customer for several years now. All of a sudden recently, it’s been problem after problem.Got a Christmas bonus and like most of us would have liked to have that available. So I call and talk to Johnathan who assure me, it’s just a 24 hour hold. I even asked are you sure that will be the case or do you mean a 24 hour hold consisting of business days? Johnathan assured me that it would be available the next day and to my surprise funds are not available. Won’t be available until Tuesday because they are closed for the holiday.I’ll be fine and my Christmas will be good still, but here’s my question. Why lie Johnathan? Is it a company policy to just tell the customer what they want to hear, and deal with the consequences later?I’ve already closed my savings account with this bank and will be closing this checking account on Tuesday. I’m not going to accept this kind of treatment from banks or stores or anywhere else I’d be otherwise interested in spending my money at. And further more what kind of bank doesn’t at least have someone you could call on the weekend. Customer service is a thing of the past and organizations like this one are who killed it.

Added funds that were not mine to my account on multiple occasions, then deducted the funds, and charged me for the deduction. Horrible customer service aswell.

I absolutely love and adore first Green Bank and I brought in hundreds of new customers many of whom I still can name. But so many of us are severely disappointed in Seacoast which is been a complete and utter letdown for us and failed at so many things that I have asked for that first green could do. I believe the peoples hands are tied. For instance, one person that works at the bank who was very nice explained that while they had a phone in their office they had no extension anymore and you just had to try to call the main number to reach them. They were literally running the bank. Sorry Seacoast. I have never really shared with my several million followers online what I think but maybe it's time.

Seacoast employees have Always been helpful and polite. These employees are trained well and managed to have an employee available to answer questions and help with very short wait times.Thank You Seacoast Bank

This is the best bank that I've ever experienced in a long life. I have banked with this bank since the end of 2012. I have had 3 other big banks prior to that. This bank goes above and beyond to give great service. Lori Williams and Janet Marks have both given exceptional, quick service. The tellers are also excellent, although there is some turnover there, I have had nothing but quick and efficient service from all the employees. The coffee is great in case you have to go inside.

I would give zero stars if I could. Zach and kathleen are nasty rude employees. Atm did not dispense my 500$ but it read deducted from my account. I was told my employee to wait 20 minutes for them to count the machine or come back later today. Waited 30 minutes and they didn't even start. Was told I shouldn't be upset. It's now been an hour and had the enjoyment of dealing with 2 rude employees. I wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone. Use at your own risk.

This bank must have a department dedicated to alienating former customers of First Green Bank. I was just charged a $5 fee because the local post office mistakenly returned a PIECE OF MAIL to the bank. I made 22 calls to my local branch to ask why this happened and 22 times I have gotten a recording that the number is busy. Then I called the 800 number, and after 15 minutes on hold I was told by the representative that they charge a fee if mail is returned, no matter what the reason. AVOID THIS BANK!

For all the years I was a customer at First Green Bank I could not have been happier. I could call them DIRECTLY and speak to someone who KNEW ME BY NAME.

I was a first green member for a long time . After seacoast took over it's been a nightmare . I'm leaving this bank ASAP! No customer service skills at all!
