The deadbolt being broken made me not feel very safe. Both beds were stained and the TV's picture was messed up. Overall, would never stay here again.

Management should do better than to shut everything off at 11:00 we already booked a room and now they're forcing us to ask the agency to refund

The staff is very friendly. Samantha was the first gal I meet. She checked us in and was very kind and helpful when needed. Kat is also very kind and helpful. I recommend staying there. The pool area is very family friendly and the water is perfect, anytime of the day.
